The hotel's exterior has a really cool design, and at night, with the lights on, the ambiance is just perfect ✨. I'd give full marks for both service and facilities; my friends and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and all the little details were well thought out. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I visit! 👍

First of all, you must see clearly before booking. This hotel can only be checked in at 8 pm. It is not possible to do one minute early, and there is no room for discussion. Secondly, the room facilities are very simple, the pillows are too hard, the bathroom towels are old, there are no disposable slippers, there are plastic slippers, and there is no shower cap. I also charged an additional 30,000 won for two days on the weekend. It was said that Trip.com had a rule. After returning to Shanghai, I immediately communicated with Trip.com and returned the corresponding RMB of 30,000 won. No one cleaned the room for two days. The garbage was not collected. I had my own garbage bag change and piled the garbage at the door of the room... Closer to the venue, it is more convenient to watch the concert! There are many choices of places to eat in the convenience store pharmacy supermarket coffee shop. There is a not-so-big oliveyoung. There are basically all you need to buy, which can meet the basic needs of life. It is also acceptable to take a 20-minute taxi from Gimpo Airport!

I used this hotel for a concert at Inspire Arena! The staff were so kind and even spoke Japanese, which was really helpful. It's located a bit down an alley, so walking back alone at night might feel a little scary for a woman, but taxis are available, and I'd definitely stay here again! The convenience store and bus stop are also close by, which I loved!

I stayed here as a female solo traveler. It looks like a normal hotel, but it's actually a love hotel. The street is well-lit at night, with many bars and a lively atmosphere, but it's located in a love hotel district. While I was taking a shower, the circuit breaker tripped and there was a power outage. I received a call from the front desk immediately saying they would be there to help. The fact that the front desk was a man, the call came two minutes after the power went out, and the timing of my shower all combined to make me believe the lights had been turned off on purpose. As a result, the power was quickly restored without the front desk staff entering the room, but being a woman alone made me feel uneasy. Upon closer inspection of the room, I noticed that there was no door chain and the door only opened outward, so there was no way to lock it, which made me feel uneasy. Although the hotel is polite and clean, I would not recommend this hotel for a woman traveling alone.

WARNING: Hotel does not allow extension- as I found out: you are not allowed to stay in the room between about Noon until evening or they charge an hourly fee. This was not at all clear ro me based on all of the information provided to me. Trip.com is aware and describes addressing the information issue on the Trip.com site. While not allowing stay through the day it is a very nice room in a great location---- just be certain to check in and check out in accord with policy times☆☆ I gathered check-in after 10pm (or 8pm.per a staff member) and completely vacated by 12-noon. The room was nice however it isn’t what I had paid for. I booked a room with an ocean view but I was given a room with a view on the building itself. I wasn’t sent instructions to find my room or the building in which it was located in. You basically enter a garage and each box is the room entrance. I arrived late so I didn’t complain about it. Since I was lost I called the hotel via this app and a kind lady from the reception helped me check in (in English). The room itself was super nice and clean with many amenities. The bathroom was huge and nice as well. The location of the hotel is great if you own a car. But you can reach the airport in 1h using public transportation (bus+all stop train). A convenience store is located 1min away.

I had a major headache checking in. I was very early and despite the accrued advertised 24/7 reception.. nobody was around to ask.. 1) Could I leave my bag there. 2) what is the earliest I could check in. This resulted in me having an online chat for an hour with trip.com who were trying to get a Korean speaker to discuss with the owner. The whole time I was stood at reception with my bags. There is nowhere to sit! I was offered a discounted 3hr 'stay' which wouldn't have even gone up to the check in time. Or. Leaving my bags there.. (I guess he meant at the reception area.. in everybody's way) I found a nice coffee shop and waited there all day.. The location is very close to Dongam Station and all the shops nearby.. The room was okay. And I did really enjoy a hot soak in the bathtub. (even if I had to clean it first.) I slept okay here. The AC was fine. Room was dark and quiet. Room had a kettle..TV with netflix..

I arrived late at night at Incheon Airport and used this hotel. It was convenient because it's so close, and the taxi ride was cheap at only 1650 won! The room was spacious, which was great as I had plenty of space to open my suitcase. There was also a ramen vending machine on the first floor and a convenience store nearby, which was handy for a quick shop!

Overall the lady at the reception  was very kind and helping but the living was worst. I chose to stay in hotel so that I can rest well before my flight but in the night someone kept thrashing my room door like 2 minutes which made me so scared. Also the doors of the rooms are so noisy and old style if the other person opens it makes extreme noice. Location of hotel is better but overall I will probably not live in this hotel. Pls replace the door and turn the lights on of the doorway it seems scary in the night. I will not recommend someone to stay with the amount that was charged the hotel was worst in that sense.

I had a nice time there. The room was clean and the couple running the motel were very friendly (even though they didn't speak English). The mattress on the bed was pretty hard (which I personally didn't mind but that might be a factor for some people). The sliding door to the private bathroom was very loud and creaky, but since I was travelling alone I just kept it open. And lastly, there was no proper window in my room but there was a window sized ”hole” that I could open or close if I wanted to, and it had layers of nets instead of glass.
