Stay away from this this hotel at all cost. Service is terrible, front desk only follow management rules no common sense approach. . Spent 4 nights here and I never like it. Nothing special here. This is like 1 start hotel in China. As a foreigner living in China and traveling all over the world I would stay service here is most terrible. The front desk staff don’t even smile. They are like Robot. Hate it

Excellent choice - we plan to stay there again, any time we're in Indy for a weekend or a night! Hotel was excellent and location is perfect.

The rooms need updating. Not worth what we paid for the weekend. Nothing special about the hotel for the price.

They dropped our reservation on the day of our arrival and tried to blame it on Travelocity. No notification and in fact I had done the online check in and still got cancelled by the property. Person at desk was rude about it and would not answer call from Travelocity when trying to correct their error. Ended up without a hotel room for the night. Horrible experience!

We were there for a gymnastics meet and the hotel was very busy. There was always a little wait for the elevator. There are not any close restrooms. Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel was clean. Disappointed that we had no refrigerator. I thought there was one in the room. Didn’t love the bathroom. Not enough light, no fan so when taking a shower it steamed all up and the toilet is right there by the door. A few minor things but we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

I did not get free parking I paid for, the garage was full. The room assigned to us had guests already. We almost didn’t get another room after driving 6 hours. The room we did get had hair on the sink top, dirty shower walls & curtain. If I wasn’t so tired and the time of night, I would have left. For all of this money, I expected better.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I must have missed, when I booked online, that there was no refrigerator in the room - that was a little inconvenient for us but we made do. Everything else was great! Plus, we had a fantastic view of Lucas Oil Stadium!

This was my 1st time staying downtown and I loved the location. It was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and everything we needed was close by. The valet was professional and courteous. The front desk staff greet you at the door and walk you to the front where they check you in promptly. The elevators were quick even with a tournament going on. The hotel had lots to do downstairs such as snacks bars, restaurants so we never felt like we “had to” leave. Would definitely stay again.

I love how beautiful the lobby was and the option to dine in or eat out. I also liked the option to use the elevator or escalator. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room and someone else’s clothes were still hanging in the closet. The front desk service was exceptional, especially from Andrew. He went above and beyond to help with a billing problem. I cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism.
