Conrad Indianapolis

Shaun was great and super responsive to all our needs. He was fast and efficient. Darian was also incredible making sure that I had everything I needed. We had 21 rooms and everything was flawless. Bailey did an exceptional job putting our event together!

No matter where my conference is, I will always stay at the Conrad. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are always top-notch,and Shaun with valet is amazing! It is the perfect location to get anywhere I need in a hurry, but it’s always quiet, clean, and welcoming!

Excellent stay at the Conrad. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Wish I would’ve had more time in town to visit the spa. Everything was spotless and the staff were constantly cleaning. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Indianapolis.

We recently stayed at the Conrad Indianapolis for a concert, and as Diamond members who own Hilton Grand Vacations, we were excited for our first experience at a Conrad property. Typically, we stay at Waldorf hotels, so we had high expectations going in. We booked two rooms about nine months in advance and specifically requested that they be next to each other, preferably adjoining. A few days before our trip, we called to confirm, and the staff assured us that the rooms were being held next to each other, which put us at ease. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the rooms would be on the same floor but not next to each other. This was puzzling and frustrating, especially since the app showed that all room types were available. We asked why it was so difficult to place two rooms together, even offering to pay for an upgrade if necessary, but the staff insisted that nothing could be done. It felt like there was little recognition of our Diamond status throughout this interaction. After checking in, we noticed that the room directly next to ours was unoccupied. When we brought this up to the manager, they eventually moved us, but it was a hassle we didn’t expect, especially in a nearly empty hotel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, though slightly dated. Once we were settled, we had a nice stay, but the lack of acknowledgment of our loyalty and the difficulty in accommodating a simple request left us feeling disappointed. We expected better service, especially as long-time Hilton members.

Shaun and all of his colleagues were very helpful and hospitable, even when there were 3 different major events going on in downtown Indy. The entire Conrad guest services crew was very helpful and welcoming. Great service all around from valet and the Conrad.

Hotel was great! Room was nice! Hot water in shower and comfortable bed! Shaun outside at valet was awesome!! Very fast and attentive with the car. Will definitely come back again! Good coffee. Lobby staff was really helpful and catering to me.

Shaun was our valet while we visited. He did a great job and getting our car in a timely manner and was very friendly. We also went to the spa for massages. It was a great experience and I like having a hotel that offered spa services. We also enjoyed being able to Capital Grille that was attached to the hotel.

I stayed at The Conrad for a week in July 2024. The valet was swift and professional. Specifically, Shaun retrieved my car nearly every morning I was there, and he was always kind and accommodating. The other valets were also helpful. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was immaculate and the location was perfect. However, the staff is what made our stay perfect. Cara at the front desk was beyond amazing. Will definitely book again when going back to Indy Took two ten year old granddaughters and they loved the room service and large pool
