It's not worth for the price charged. No toiletries available. No reception phone is working. No assistant available. Very smelly rooms.

Service was pathetic, room amenities were very poor. We had to change our room 2 times due to leakage in ac. We have booked for room with breakfast but they have not provided anything in breakfast expect poha and parantha. They have no options for breakfast and they simply said ki “aap bahar se mangwa lijiye”. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all.

Behavior of reception is not good once you will take room after that their is no service i have told them ac outrage water is coming in the room but no one interested in that matter food is very bad i suggest please don't ask for food in hotel

very pleasant stay at PTC. very neat and spacious room .helping staff. walking distance from platform 4 Indore Junction . it's a deal to steal .would definitely like to stay again

Had booked it for my parents. The only good thing about the hotel is that it's close to the railway station. The rooms were not up to the standard and the bathroom literally stank. They did change the room for them but yeah wouldn't quite recommend it. Lastly, the checkout time was before 11 but sadly they asked them to leave before 10.

Stay was excellent staff behavior also very god and all staff are very polite location was also very good to side seen in indore like rajwara for shopping, and also near to boas stand to reached everywhere. Room was also very spacious and clean

Services are a bit slow otherwise it's worth the price. Had a good experience with HOTEL PTC . Cleaning is good, the staff is polite. It's near to INDORE Station. Transportation service is available near by.
