We stayed in a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath. Expectations were high because it was a luxury inn and an annex. I arrived a little early and was given tea and sweets to wait until the room was ready. There was something special about it, and I thought it was amazing. At this time, there was only one person at the front desk and one waitress. Is there anyone? I thought, but is it because it is before check-in time? After that, I was guided to my room. Mr. Nakai explains the room. (Looking at the note) A newcomer? I immediately entered the open-air bath. At Toro Toro, the spring quality was the best. Now it's time for the long-awaited dinner. [~Umami Kishin-Quality over quantity plan] It's neither good nor bad, just normal... Was it because my expectations were high? And here is the reason for the low rating. When we were serving our food, Nakai-san straddled the food! Even after that, I was offered a broken mouthpiece for drinks, and when I lowered the tableware, I was asked, "Can you remove that spoon?" , Late check-out (11:00, 1 hour extension + 5000 yen), so I chose 8:30, 30 minutes late. We were served at 8:20 and started eating at 8:30. Did you finish eating at 8:50 in 20 minutes? And Mr. Nakai... huh? If you answer "not yet", how many more minutes? And Mr. Nakai... I thought it was too early... It seems that I cleaned it up early. We suddenly lost our appetite and stopped eating. And Mr. Nakai said, "Check-out is at 10:00." Is it supposed to be extended but not communicated? I want to take it easy in the morning until I pay the extension fee, but I would like you to add that area. I didn't even write a questionnaire, but I'm going to withdraw silently. There is no see-off from Nakai-san. Mr. Nakai said that it was a 3-day experience. Despite the above-mentioned rough conditions and inexperienced staff, there is no follow-up from veteran staff... There is no shadow of the proprietress or other staff... Can this be called a luxury 1-star inn? Until now, I have been indebted to many inns, etc., but this is the first time I have felt like this. Why is it that the introductions and reviews of those who used it are also wonderful? It shouldn't happen, but is there a hit or miss? Also, is it due to the recent corona misfortune? Or is it because it's off season? Anyway, this trip was during my wife's pregnancy, and she will give birth in a month, so no matter what excuses are given, I won't be able to stay here for the next 12 years. This is because the accommodation rules do not allow children under the age of 12. Is it because we don't have repeats for the time being? Even now, I didn't know why it was such a customer service, so I reviewed it. In the future, I hope you won't have the same experience as us... Either way, we won't be using you in the future...
