"A very special place to stay. Nice tiny jacuzzi featured with hot spring water. Yet, we should have prepared the dinner reservation before arriving there."

"Because I missed my bus stop, and it was raining that day with bears on the mountain, I couldn't contact the hotel owner for immediate transportation. On the way, I flagged down a kind passerby who came to my rescue. After being taken to the hotel, the owner didn't come out; he called to give me the hotel password, but I couldn't get it through several times. It turned out I had chosen the wrong room. The room itself was excellent. The sea view was right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and you could see seagulls nearby. The room had a living room and a private bedroom, and was very spacious. There was also a garage on the first floor, and you could even have a barbecue. If you want to book this room, I recommend driving. It's a bit of a distance from the center of Ine, and with the garage, you don't have to worry about parking. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the shower gel and shampoo were very high-end. The toilet was also very luxurious. Since I couldn't book the boathouse, this sea-view villa was the most expensive room I stayed at during this trip."

📍 127 Hirata, Yoza District, Ine

"Was really a pleasure stay. The place is really clean and we watched a movie at night. Owner cooked us breakfast in the morning and we had the most delicious coffee ever. Quiet town but there isn’t really nothing much to do there after 5pm. Shops are closed and only 2 restaurants are open for dinner. You may want to plan in advance where you wanna have dinner."

"In my personal experience of two meals in one hotel, the dinner was the richest. Although it was crab-themed, each person had a whole crab, other fish, and a lot of pot dishes. In the end, we couldn't finish it all, so the enthusiastic shopkeeper helped us take out the crab meat that we couldn't eat and shape it into 8 rice balls to serve as snacks for the next day. The hot springs are very good and the pool area is large. Both men's and women's hot springs have indoor and outdoor parts. It happens to be snowing in January, and there is nothing more wonderful in the world than soaking in the hot springs while enjoying the cold wind of Wakasa Bay. Most of the tourists are locals, so it's a very authentic experience. Thank you to the store"

"The location, environment, and facilities are all excellent. It offers good value for money for first-time tourists, but the owner's attitude towards foreign tourists is rather poor. It's better to choose a more affordable hotel if possible, as the hotel itself isn't cheap. The owner's unfriendly attitude towards overseas tourists is also a problem. So why is it advertised and sold on Ctrip? I find this extremely contradictory."

"Everything is perfect. I wish i could stay longer. Only i found 2 insects. Same thing but i only took photo of 1. Not the boathouse. Feel like it’s new renovation. Everything they use is up to date."
