Hotels Near Sahara Mall in Inezgane

Room condition is ok. Because it is an apartment, the refrigerator (refrigeration room + refrigerator) is large, induction, and there is a kitchen where you can dish. The room was quite big and the terrace was good, but the bathroom shower booth was small and the sink was small, so it was a bit disappointing that the space for toiletries was small. Breakfast is not available separately and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym. And there was no guidebook in the room, so I had to go to reception and ask for information to use the service. It was a new building, so it was clean overall, but there were a few doctors to visit again.

I have been a member of the All program since at least 2011 and have visited 45 different Accor hotels since then. This is my worst experience in a Accor hotel. I made my reservation several months ago for a stay from August 14 to 20 with my wife, our two 3-year-old daughters and our two-month-old baby. According to the description on the All website, it is an ”executive villa with 2 bedrooms, private heated pool and butler service with a Check-in at 3:00 p.m.” Before coming, I exchanged several emails with the hotel, clearly mentioning the ages of my three children. We arrived at the hotel on August 14 at 3:00 p.m. - We waited 90 minutes before having access to the villa because it was not ready. - When we had access to the villa, we discovered that the second bedroom is upstairs with stairs located outside. This does not correspond at all to the description and photos on the site. The hotel could have stipulated this to me in our email exchanges because it is absolutely not suitable for 3-year-old children. Result: we had to install children's beds in the living room. - The swimming pool is located exactly 20 meters from the beach restaurant and is exposed to it. There is therefore no privacy as the photos and description suggest. The smells from the kitchen are overwhelming. And the trash can is located very close to the entrance to the villa. - The water in the pool was cold. We were told that the pool was only heated at the customer's request and that it would take 48 hours. The technician came several times to try to fix it. - In the villa, several materials were damaged. The toilets in the bathrooms were not flushing properly. The ventilation was making a noise that kept us awake. - The butler did not give us his phone number until 6:30pm. He was unable to help us. - At 5:30pm, a manager (Mehdi) came to tell us that the hotel manager was coming to see us. He never came. He passed on the message via his manager that the villa had been like this since the hotel opened; without any attempt at a realistic solution or excuse. Speaking with staff members, it seems that we are not the first to notice a significant discrepancy between the description of the villa and its dilapidated state. It is not suitable for young children or even people with disabilities. This should be mentioned on the website.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.

Hotel Ariana was a little tired but the staff were superb. We were there for a week so decided to have a massage at Spa Argana, never had a massage before and had Hammam cleansing ritual, full body massage and facial. Absolutely fabulous!!! Can’t recommend highly enough, wonderful rooms, ambience and my Masseuse Maya was really excellent. Will never forget ut

Nice hotel and staff despite the inconvenience on our arrival because of the booking agency, I strongly recommend the hotel (food to be improved, with more traditional dishes)

This resort will surpass any expectations. The resort is beautiful,  incredibly comfortable, and spotless . The varied choice of food is perfectly cooked with amazing attention to detail....... and this is not even the best part!  The staff are absolutely incredible in every way! We went for a relaxing lazy holiday for 7 nights but this holiday will stay with us for a long time! We arrived late at night,  the following day the weather was not its best so we took advantage of the Hammam, massage and jacuzzi package.  This experience is highly recommended. The spa staff are professional,  thorough, and will make you feel incredible. We were spoilt for choice in the restaurant,  the staff are so attentive and will happily help in any way they can to make you feel special. Remember the lazy weekend we wanted? I opted to join in on the yoga classes, aqua aerobics,  darts,  crazy golf,  arabic lessons, and managed to catch the majority of the Tagine demonstration ( she managed to join in for the full demonstration ), which incidently tasted perfect. We skipped the dance lessons but still attended to watch. There is plenty to do here and still plenty of time to relax. The staff make time for you, and this makes the holiday so  special and unique. They are no longer seen as staff but as very dear friends who we will miss dearly, which is why we are booking our next holiday here.  A special thank you to Lahcen, Rachid, Hamza, Ayoub, Hisham, Rachid, Otmane, Abdullah, and Mehdi.  In fact, a special thank you to you all!

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Iris Bar at the opulent Fairmont Taghazout hotel and I must say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end The staff especially Wissal made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I arrived going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time Her genuine concern for her guests and her attention to detail really made a difference in my evening. The ambiance of Iris Bar is simply amazing with gorgeous views of the surroundings cozy seating, and a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere it is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a drink Speaking of drinks the bar's cocktail menu is extensive and They offer something to suit every palette, whether you are in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more daring Each drink was meticulously prepared overflowing with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the lake. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center, added extra comfort to my stay. The location was perfect for both relaxation and exploration, making my visit memorable and enjoyable.
