A great hotel in the center of the old town of Las Palmas. The suites, like the entire hotel, are furnished with love and very, very tastefully. The roof terrace is TOP! The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is awesome. The only downside is the clairaudience of the rooms. If you sleep lightly, like me, bed rest ends at 6.30 a.m. at the latest. Then it tramples on every nook and cranny in the house.
Nevertheless, we would love to come back anytime.

Unique hotel, impressive big and beautiful rooms, luxury toiletry, linens, decor, design, attention to detail. Great for family, couple or solo stay. Great internet. Beautiful location. Easy parking on street across from hotel. We will return for sure.

The hotel is located centrally and the apartment is very clean and spacious, the breakfast is also delicious with tasty local products. But the apartment n. 1 which we were assigned has inconveniences: noise from the street (and no soundproof windows), plus you need to go difficult stairs down to reach the bathroom from the bed, and this is a challenge and quite dangerous at night. Also, although the hotel has a pick-up service from the airport, they charge it for 45 EUR for the hotel clients, which is more than a normal taxi - this was another foul.

Für eine viertägige Stadterkundung haben wir uns in dieser wunderbar zentral gelgenen familiären Unterkunft eingebucht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen: Empfangen wurden wir im liebevoll gestalteten Patio von einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin mit Kaffee und Kuchen. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 5) war sehr gerräumig, ein Raumteiler trennte Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und eine Nespressomaschine gehörten u. a. zur Ausstattung, Wasser, Kaffee und Tee lagen zur Verwendung bereit. Gerne haben wir abends die Dachterrasse genutzt. Im ganzen Haus war es blitzsuber, das Personl, soweit wir ihnen begegnet sind, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das reichhaltige und hochwerige Frühstück wurde in Buffetform im hübschen Patio gereicht. Dieses kleine Hotel können wir ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Te sientes como en casa, el personal una delicia, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, siempre pendientes. El desayuno soberbio. La limpieza de diez. La casa y su decoración maravillosa. No se puede pedir más...por cierto el salmón ahumado del desayuno es de matrícula de honor, causa adicción. La ubicación comodísima, todo a tu alcance; historia, ocio, gastronomía, mar, paseos...Fui por trabajo, y añadí unos cuantos días para disfrutar con mi mujer de la isla, todo un acierto

Das Hotel ist ein Kunstwerk an sich. Tolle Lage. Sehr sauber und große Suiten. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für ein Mietauto. Die Mitarbeiter erklären einem alles. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.
