GGuest User酒店環境很好，是靠河邊的，房間無異味。老闆娘人也非常熱情，想來西塘玩的不知道住哪裡，可以看下這家，一樓是咖啡和 小清吧，很適合打卡拍照，裏面氛圍很好，我住在二樓，睡覺都不會被影響，很安靜。

GGuest UserI have been to Xitang three times and stayed in different homestays. This one will definitely not choose again. The service is the coldest among the many homestays I have ever stayed in. The boss's initiative is 0: After adding WeChat, I will not ask you what time you come, and send you the nearest parking lot. We will not take the initiative to pick you up. We arrived by ourselves and dragged our luggage to find the way (the navigation is biased). We couldn’t find the way to send her WeChat. There were also a few replies. We didn’t answer the voice twice (the text would return). Why not answer, if you can’t find the way on a hot day, you’re in a hurry. Later, I found it by myself. GGuest UserLocation was very convenient, right next to the entrance to scenic area. But the room itself wasn't cleaned properly. Fresh bedsheets were Okey ish. Lots of hair on the matrass from previous travelers. Balcony was covered in stains and wasn't cleaned in a while. Some sockets and light switches were broken and soundproofing is non existent. You could basically feel people going up the stairs like it was on your head. From positive things pretty view from the balcony in the morning. Wouldn't recommend going during holidays, cause prices skyrocket during that time.
