"The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)"

I booked a suite this time Because there are only suites with two-meter beds The room is not big But it’s clean and comfortable Two bathrooms are very convenient But what I am not satisfied with is that the bathroom in the bedroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell. The smell of sewer is intermittent But overall, the sense of technology is very strong Bedside table in bedroom with wireless charging The curtains are also electric The toilet is also an electric toilet overall Still a good place It's just that I'm a little dissatisfied with the bad taste this time. in addition It’s really not soundproof☹️"

There were cigarette butts in the pebbles under the bathtub, hair on the cushions, and a musty smell near the river, which was understandable. There were mosquitoes, cobwebs in some corners, and debris on the microwave. Cleanliness was the main problem; the quality control was terrible. The owner also runs a restaurant, and they do offer a complimentary dish to hotel guests; the restaurant food was decent. The room's electrical wiring needs upgrading; it's a significant safety hazard, with too many extension cords."

"Although there are two Holiday Inns near my home, I have never been in them. This time I booked the Holiday Inn that is closer to Xitang Ancient Town. The facilities are complete, clean and environmentally friendly. The service is warm and thoughtful. The TOTO smart toilet is comfortable to use, the bathtub is large and new, and it is comfortable to take a bath 🛀🏻. I am too lazy to go to the swimming pool, and my swimsuit is useless. The room is large and transparent. Jiashan has very good road construction. The speed of buses is comparable to that of private cars. The drivers are all speed experts. When prompted by Gaode Map, they often estimate the time more than twice. Jiashan actually has free bus hours, and green travel is at the forefront."

"Xitang Liangrang – While Xitang isn't a particularly famous town, this hotel certainly outshines it in reputation. That's my overall impression. The hotel's artistic architecture is truly impeccable, reflecting the proprietor's excellent taste. This, coupled with outstanding soft services and a robust design, makes it an absolutely worthwhile stay! Even before my arrival, my butler had already contacted me, detailing my package and pre-booking activities for my entire stay, even helping me sketch out an itinerary. It truly speaks volumes about the thorough training provided by the department managers – very professional! This made me feel completely at ease even before I had checked in. As for the farm, due to the recent hot weather and unstable climate (alternating between rain and clear skies), I didn't get to explore it thoroughly. I've decided to bring my family back in autumn for a proper visit. The hotel beautifully integrates with nature, allowing for complete relaxation of mind and body. Nestled beside picturesque waterways and local residences, and complemented by authentic Jiangnan cuisine from its Chinese restaurant, the scenery is truly like a painting: a classic Jiangnan water town with charming bridges, flowing water, and traditional black-awning boats. It's quintessential Jiangnan! With the frequent heavy rains in the Jiangzhe region recently, it was incredibly soothing to simply sit in the bar, quietly unwind, and watch the storm outside. It was a wonderful place to shed my exhaustion and irritation, and truly recharge. My only minor regret during this stay was that Liangren Market wasn't fully open; only a few permanent shops were available for browsing. It was still pleasant, but I'd love for the butler to inform me when it's fully operational next time – I'll definitely be back! Ultimately, the hotel exuded a profound sense of tranquility and homelike warmth, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and rejuvenation. Many thanks to my butler, Xiao Liang, and I wish you and the hotel continued success!"

"The Deluxe View Twin Room I stayed in was a fairly standard experience overall. First and foremost, the hotel's facilities and service were excellent. The room was spacious, with good natural light and views of the city. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, clean, and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They responded promptly to any requests, demonstrating the hotel's attention to its guests, which is commendable. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved. One suggestion for the hotel: the breakfast selection and taste could be improved. A wider variety of options would be appreciated, although the basic porridge, noodles, and drinks were sufficient for most daily needs and acceptable for those who don't have high expectations for breakfast. The room's soundproofing was average; I could occasionally hear footsteps in the hallway. Those who are particularly sensitive to noise should communicate with the front desk in advance to request a room on the inside of the room. Overall, the hotel's location, facilities, and service are all excellent. However, there is room for improvement in some details. We look forward to the hotel addressing these minor issues to provide guests with a more perfect stay experience."

"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

It's very close to the hot springs, about 300-500 meters away. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel's electric buggy can take you there. The staff are all polite and proactive; the butler even contacted us in advance to ask about our needs and helped register our license plate. The room was clean and spacious, with unique decor, and there are even performances in the lobby. If you're traveling in the area, this is an ideal choice."
