The location within the scenic area is very convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she was so gentle and patient, and processed our check-in meticulously. The breakfast spread was generous. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive. The courtyard environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and quiet. This will be my top choice when visiting Xitang, and I'll definitely stay here again!

If you're not in a hurry, you can sit on the guesthouse balcony, sip some tea, and watch the Wupeng boats slowly glide by. Across the river, you'll see bustling shops and people, and observing the comings and goings of both people and boats allows life to slow down, offering a glimpse into the diverse tapestry of human experience.

We had a great stay. The guesthouse host was incredibly welcoming; they even went out of their way to meet and pick us up. They also helped us purchase discounted tickets. By communicating our arrival time and mode of transport in advance, they were able to suggest the most convenient travel options, which was incredibly helpful.

The room was clean and hygienic, the sheets and duvet covers were new, the bedding was comfortable, and there was no unpleasant odor. The hotel has access control, so I wasn't scared staying alone. The owner was also very nice. I'd definitely go again if I have the chance! 😄

***November 2025 Stay Experience*** I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions. Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins. Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter. The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements. Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

The B&B's location is super convenient and easy to find, very close to the scenic spots. The breakfast was also really rich and delicious. The environment is beautiful; I really love it here and will definitely come back again. Here, I witnessed the beautiful beginning of my love story with her, and I hope this place marks a wonderful start for us, where we can understand and cherish each other. We don't need grand gestures, just to walk hand-in-hand through life's small moments.

Arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, living in Xitang Scenic Area, I feel very convenient to go shopping during the day. The accommodation is a duplex room. The boss went to the entrance of the village to pick it up. The room was very clean and satisfied. 👍

I booked this room specifically because of the landlady's intricately carved bed. It's rare to find rooms with such beds in ancient towns these days. The location is excellent, right by the river, with a small balcony offering beautiful nighttime views. The landlady is very welcoming, and there are also adorable cats.
