We booked the Octonauts-themed family suite, and we were absolutely delighted with the room. The ceilings were high, and the layout was very well-thought-out. The three large plush toys on the sofa immediately caught our child's eye as soon as we walked in – they couldn't move! The room was very quiet, and the private hot spring on the balcony was a hit with the little one. The hotel's main hot spring is just downstairs, and guests can access it twice a day during their stay, plus one more time on check-out day. With restaurants and a cat café within the resort, our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! It would be even more perfect if the family suite included a complimentary breakfast for children.

The room was well-equipped, the air conditioning was powerful, it was very comfortable to sleep in, and the price was reasonable.

Five-star reviews. I'm most satisfied with the front desk manager, Xue. He's very friendly and considerate. He's really great. He's handsome and nice. The room he arranged was great and he even gave me some water. I'm really grateful. The room overall was great too. He gave me a special room with a private bath. Great! If there are any shortcomings, the toilet seat is a bit cold and the doors and windows don't seal well. I can't help it. After all, it's a garden hotel, so I understand. Overall, it's a good hotel. I stayed here 8 years ago and it's still as good as ever.

The room was very spacious, with two 1.35m beds pushed together. Lying in bed, you could barely find the other person (hahaha). In the evening, I went to the indoor public hot spring, which had many massage jets and was very comfortable. It was a bit cold outside, so I didn't go. The next morning, I soaked in the hot spring on the room's balcony, basking in the sun – it was truly relaxing! However, the dining was quite average. Breakfast was a bit awkward; guests from another hot spring hotel also came to the Four Seasons Hotel's restaurant for breakfast. So, it was very crowded, with lots of elderly people and children, making it very noisy, and the food selection was limited and mediocre. The hot spring buffet dinner for 68 RMB per person was just standard. The hotel's butler service was quite good; they answered all questions and even gave a departure gift, which we enjoyed on our way home.

I'm quite satisfied. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one really stands out with its overall design, making it very photogenic. The rooms are also well-spaced, which helps minimize noise. The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and check-in took a while. It's located in a village, a bit far from the commercial center, but it's not a long drive. There are complimentary souvenirs when you check out. The dedicated butler service was very thoughtful; they frequently checked in to see what help or amenities I needed. I would definitely consider staying here again.

這次來雲瀾灣泡温泉，住霽野民宿真的值了！服務特別好，管家特別熱心，給我安排了温泉票，有求必應。房間設計好看又舒服，冬天有地暖，光腳走都不冷，空調也給力。位置鬧中取靜，外面就是小橋流水，風景像畫一樣。住這兒特別放鬆，真心推薦給想來的朋友！

The supporting facilities are intact, the accommodation environment is quiet, and the rest is particularly practical at night. The location is also convenient to travel, the overall experience is particularly comfortable, and I will choose here next time.
