A truly delightful stay! The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment, feeling like a hidden paradise by the water's edge, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were attentive and helpful, always quick to resolve any issues. The location is also very convenient for visiting Xitang Ancient Town, making it easy to explore during the day or enjoy the night views. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Xitang.

Accommodation: The facilities were well-maintained, and our room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind. Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child. Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance. Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more. The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots. Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!

The view from the balcony is great. In the morning, I ordered a takeaway to eat on the balcony. It was very pleasant. It was the entrance of the scenic spot. The pet was friendly. The boss and staff were very enthusiastic. They would help find a parking space. There was a mahjong table and board games on the first floor. The only drawback was that the design of the bathroom was a bit problematic. The shower head was too high. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom is water 🤣 after more than a long time, the room is easy to have a musty smell

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The room was spacious, and the semi-open bathroom design felt airy and made it easy to keep an eye on our little one. The frosted glass partition offered plenty of privacy. The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups. The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries. The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything! Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!

An excellent hotel! Even before we checked in, the front desk staff called us to ask about our room preferences and needs. They thoughtfully asked if we needed a local guide, which the hotel had prepared themselves and was very detailed. We drove from Shanghai, and the parking lot right at the hotel entrance was super convenient, plus it's free for guests. The room was incredibly clean, very new, and quiet—we had a fantastic rest. It truly lives up to its InterContinental brand. The in-room amenities were also very modern, giving the whole experience a luxurious feel. The breakfast had a great variety, and the buffet was delicious in terms of color, aroma, and taste! Highly recommend this place, it gets top marks!

The house price is good, cost-effective, the service is also very good, I like the overall style, and there is an ancient well in the yard! Very close to the scenic spot, convenient! Highly recommended for a family trip!

The hotel is newly opened and in a good location. It is only a dozen minutes' walk from Xitang Ancient Town (enter from Jijia Lane and Sujia Lane). However, the smell in the room and corridor is still strong! I booked two king-size rooms with my elders. Unfortunately, they were arranged at the end of the endless corridor, and it took several minutes to walk to the elevator! The pillows were also high and it was difficult to fall asleep. What was even more unbearable was that the chickens outside the window at more than three o'clock in the morning made it impossible to sleep. If you can't stand the noise and poor sleep quality, don't live on the roadside. The floor in the room was a bit uneven. The breakfast was OK, not big but there was a coffee machine. Parking was free and there was a parking lot in front of the hotel, which was very convenient

The sanitary conditions are average, but the only thing that dissatisfies me is the hair dryer, which needs to be pressed all the time. And what about your disposable bath towels and face towels? I may not be used to this, and I believe most people don’t like it.

Bringing your furry friend to Xitang and choosing Pet Island Hotel was absolutely the right decision! This is truly the pinnacle of pet-friendly service; the attentive service throughout the entire trip was incredibly touching. Before check-in, the butler confirmed your pet's information in advance, and upon arrival, they called out their name. The room was already furnished with a pet bed, toys, and a welcome card – attention to detail was paramount. All guest rooms were made of non-slip, stain-resistant materials, and wet areas were washable, so there was no need to worry about getting them dirty; the cleanliness was superb. The public areas have a heated pet pool, grooming area, and enclosed lawn, where your pet had a blast. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh pet food, which your little one devoured. Xitang Ancient Town is just a short walk away, making it perfect for both pet walking and sightseeing. The staff were all incredibly loving, patient, and enthusiastic with our pets. There were no extra charges throughout the trip, and both of us had a very relaxing stay. Next time I'm in Xitang, I'll definitely stay at Pet Island Hotel again!
