I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions.
Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins.
Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter.
The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe.
The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements.
Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here.
I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! I especially like the decoration style of the hotel, simple but very exquisite, the boss is very enthusiastic and caring, and I will still choose Yuexiang Hotel when I go to Xitang in the future!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel after looking online for a long time. The sanitary conditions are really good. I booked a room on the second floor, facing the river. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the bed. The scenery outside the window was also very beautiful.
Free pick-up or drop-off at Xitang Scenic Area Station: the store manager specially drove to pick us up, and also gave us a fruit plate when we arrived at the hotel. The reception service was very warm!
ps: His home is only 80 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic spot. Because you can enter and exit the scenic spot at will by swiping your face within 24 hours, you can sleep in late the next day and rush to the entrance of the scenic spot for the last time.

GGuest UserFinally, I stayed here on my own. I'd always booked for clients before, but this time, I brought a friend along to experience a river-view room in the heart of Xitang. It was worth the trip.
We also saw the flower boats. There weren't many, only six, but they were perfect for the setting.
Interlude: I asked the landlady to borrow two beautiful fire goblets, and then my friend dropped them on the floor. The first thing the landlady asked was if we had any scratches, and she didn't ask for compensation.

GGuest UserThe location is very strategic, in front of the bus station and scenic watwr town xitang..Just walk 5 minites. The bus station is inside of the area of the scenic water town xitang.
You can go to shanghai.by bus only 1, 5 hours.you also can go to Hangzhou or another city by bus.It is so convenient. You can buy bus tickects at the station.
The hotel is clean, the receptionist is very helpful .Breakfast is chinese style, and delicious.Everything of this hotel is so good

GGuest UserN+1's experience in Xitang: Previously, I wouldn't choose a riverside room because most were old and had lots of mosquitoes. This time, the room I booked completely changed my mind.
I booked this duplex family room two weeks in advance; there was only one available, so you had to act fast!
The room was fully automated; the owner was very thoughtful. We arrived in the afternoon, and the owner had already turned on the air conditioning, so it was very cool as soon as we entered. My biggest worry was the mosquitoes, but there wasn't a single one! The scenery was breathtaking. During the day, we opened the window to feed the small fish, and at night, we watched the lanterns and boats – absolutely the best vantage point. The perfect choice for a family trip to Xitang.

旅旅空愉快This is a guesthouse in the Xizha Scenic Area.
It's at the end of a narrow alley, so I couldn't find it on my own. But the staff at the hostel kindly called and asked for the hotel, and I was able to find it. The hotel staff were very friendly.
The room has a lovely atmosphere, and it's perfect for exploring the ancient town late at night or early in the morning.
The air conditioning was weak, so it was a little cold.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Clean and hygienic! The bed is so soft! There is a slight leakage from the central air-conditioning outlet at the entrance, but it won’t have much impact.
Service: The landlady is very enthusiastic and will show us in advance whether we are satisfied with the room.
3 hours of Hanfu experience: the Hanfu store connected is also good! recommend! ! Come again next time if you have a chance!
