QQipaoningmengshuiThe hotel is located in Wuniang Park, and the path next to Lanxiu Bridge can lead directly to the small door of the hotel. Before check-in, the navigation gave me the wrong direction, and the child was very anxious because he was not feeling well. After calling the hotel, he quickly found the entrance, helped arrange priority check-in, and thoughtfully provided extra breakfast. The robot leading the way was novel and interesting, and the children were amused. The sliding door design of the room is great, and the space is reasonably arranged according to needs. There are lights all the way at night, so you don’t have to worry about getting lost. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, your eyes are filled with green, which is refreshing. The hotel is convenient for ordering takeout outside the scenic area, and the free Xitang tickets are very cost-effective. I will definitely come back next time I come to Xitang!

GGuest UserPerfect location - just a few minutes walk away from the scenic area but far enough to have a great night sleep away from the noise. It was not the easiest to find, as trip.com location wasn't accurate, however we got picked up from one of the entrance gates and guided to the property.
The facilities are simple but smoke free, clean and very comfortable. The courtyard within was lovely and peaceful. We felt welcome.

XXiaoYxiaoYxiaoYFacilities: The room facilities are very good, the bedding is very textured, and the disposable items are complete. Smart toilet, dry and wet separation is very convenient to use.
Environment: As soon as you come in, you will feel hidden in the city. The courtyard is very large, and the large terrace on the second floor will take you into the feeling of walking into the garden.
Service: The lady at the front desk is very polite, wearing traditional Chinese costumes, and pointing out the route to the scenic spot. Very satisfied
Hygiene: The room is very clean. I am particular about the bathroom and bed. I am very satisfied with this trip. Good comments ((*^∀^))👍🏻

BBaicaidemimihuayuanAccommodation: The facilities were well-maintained, and our room was clean, hygienic, and very comfortable.
Dining: We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, including the Chinese restaurant, the organic cafe, and the breakfast spread. The ingredients were fresh, which gave us peace of mind.
Service: The service truly stood out – it was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with staff always going the extra mile. A special mention to the cleaning staff: one housekeeper proactively offered me sanitary pads and brown sugar when she noticed I wasn't feeling well. Another time, during breakfast, the staff kindly helped me carry food to my table while I was holding my child.
Family-Friendly Amenities: There's an indoor Montessori kids' club, which, while not huge, is a nice option. Right across from the hotel is an organic farm; it's perfect for a leisurely walk if the weather permits and has a lovely French chateau ambiance.
Photography: We used the 'Qidu Travel Photography' service. They were very efficient and even gifted us three complimentary photos. We were extremely pleased with the results!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel after looking online for a long time. The sanitary conditions are really good. I booked a room on the second floor, facing the river. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the bed. The scenery outside the window was also very beautiful.
Free pick-up or drop-off at Xitang Scenic Area Station: the store manager specially drove to pick us up, and also gave us a fruit plate when we arrived at the hotel. The reception service was very warm!
ps: His home is only 80 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic spot. Because you can enter and exit the scenic spot at will by swiping your face within 24 hours, you can sleep in late the next day and rush to the entrance of the scenic spot for the last time.

Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.

GGuest UserAfter more than two years, I came to Xitang again and stayed at Yuting. The environment and service are still beautiful, and the room facilities are fully upgraded and more elegant and advanced. I stayed for two nights in a row, and most of the time I was drinking tea on the balcony, watching the bridge, the promenade, and the cruise ship. I will stay here again when I come to Xitang.

MMr xiaomuI chose to come to Xitang for New Year's Day. I spent the Spring Festival in Xitang ten years ago. After several comparisons, I chose this hotel to stay in.
The hotel staff provided good service. They would contact and push the parking address in advance, and wait for the arrival time to be confirmed. They would greet and lead the way after driving to the hotel on the same day.
The hotel is located in the scenic area of Xitang Ancient Town, not far from the core area. You can go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired. The decoration style of the room is also very consistent with the temperament of the ancient town. I specially booked a room with a balcony and got up early in the morning to welcome the first ray of dawn in 25 years!

I got a bit lost at first because you need to buy a ticket to enter the area, but the hotel staff were very helpful. The manager even came to meet me and helped me find the way.
