Romantic Hotels in Jiashan

"This B&B is located inside the scenic area, and our room faced the street. We heard tricycles and electric scooters driving by all night, and the sound of their wheels on the cobblestone street was incredibly disruptive, making it impossible to sleep. Perhaps the rooms facing the water would be quieter. This completely shattered my perception of the peaceful and gentle ambiance I'd experienced in other Jiangnan water towns like Wuzhen and Nanxun. The hotel's location is otherwise decent, about a 3-4 minute walk from Sujia Alley. We arrived by bus from Wuzhen, and walking from the visitor center was quite inconvenient. While the room was generally clean and tidy, there were mosquitoes, and quite large ones at that. They did provide disposable towels, which was a nice touch. The proprietress at the front desk kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, and the hotel helped us purchase tickets for 70 yuan."

"Xitang is truly beautiful, with its small bridges, flowing water, and traditional homes, offering both a lively atmosphere and the delicate charm of Jiangnan. The hotel's location is excellent; you just cross a small bridge and you're in the ancient town. My stay was very pleasant. Parking was super convenient, and the place felt really cozy. I had a great experience! The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were all lovely, gentle, and polite. They even offered late-night snacks and desserts! This is probably the best hotel experience I've had in Xitang. It will definitely be my top choice for my next visit."
