Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more. The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots. Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!

The environment is elegant, transportation is convenient, and the service is attentive. We received a notification from the front desk the day before check-in, confirming our check-in time and providing us with our location. Thank you very much for making our trip perfectly arranged. Although the hotel is located within a scenic area, it is very quiet and comfortable. The entrance and exit to the scenic area are just a stone's throw away, saving time and allowing more time to explore. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas. Our room also had a small library, which the children loved. It was a wonderful trip!

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the family of three lives comfortably. I got up early in the morning and strolled into the scenic area. There were no tourists, and it was fresh and comfortable.

We stayed in a room with an upstairs and downstairs level. It was spacious and beautifully appointed with a bathroom on each floor and a gorgeous private terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. The only issue we had was that in order for it to be a comfortable temperature upstairs, the downstairs had to be extremely cold. Putting a small air conditioner upstairs would be a good addition. Other than that, it was 10/10!

The hotel is close to the scenic spot, parking is convenient, the hotel also has free Hanfu to wear, it's about a ten-minute walk to the scenic spot, there is a large supermarket next to it, there are Luckin Coffee, KFC, it's very convenient, the staff are also very enthusiastic, any problems are responded to and solved in time, the sanitary environment is very good 👍The experience is very good, I will come again next time, recommended

This hotel is really great when you come to Xitang! The hotel is right inside the Xitang scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with other hotels in the scenic area, the price is much more affordable and the cost performance is super high! The hotel is in Chinese garden style, with antique decoration, small bridges and flowing water, courtyard corridors, and it looks very Jiangnan. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and new bathroom facilities. It is very quiet to sleep at night and will not be disturbed at all. And the staff service is very good, whether it is checking in or asking questions, they are very patient and enthusiastic, and they can help solve the problem immediately if there is a need. It is really a good choice to come to Xitang to play. Recommended!

Great location in downtown with convenient shops and restaurants around. Plus a beautiful park just in front. Very good breakfast with Chinese dishes and local noddles cooked at the moment. Clean and comfortable. Large room, warm in winter even with -7 outside. Professional staff and special thanks to the GM that speak English for his help and suggestion.

This room was freezing!!! The air conditioning wouldn't heat up!!! I ordered takeout and a heater in the middle of the night... I've never experienced anything like this before... However, the hotel service was good; the waiter changed my room... It was slightly better... Thanks to the heater I bought... The hotel facilities are really poor; the blankets are incredibly thin... and the pillows are also very thin.
