Stayed here for a business trip. The location is super convenient, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The cleanliness was decent, and it offers great value for money. There's a seafood restaurant just about 50 meters away, which is perfect for entertaining clients. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip. The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the family of three lives comfortably. I got up early in the morning and strolled into the scenic area. There were no tourists, and it was fresh and comfortable.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, but there were a few minor complaints. When I first checked in, the hotel staff enthusiastically greeted me with ticket purchases, carried my luggage, and even offered to take it to the third floor. Later, I discovered there was no elevator, so I had to fend for myself when I checked out. Although I encountered some issues with my tickets during my stay, the hotel responded quickly and helped resolve them. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to key attractions! I have to highly praise the housekeeping staff and the noodle cook in the breakfast room; their service was truly excellent! There are two main complaints: First, the cabinets in some rooms are not child-friendly, making it easy for young children to bump their heads. The bedside lamps are too low, and I hit my head three or four times. While not excruciatingly painful, it was still quite painful. Second, the front desk staff was very negative about the hotel's intangible cultural heritage experience program. They even said, ”I don't want to go” in front of guests. It was truly unbelievable. After two staff members evaded the question for a long time, the guy on duty finally came to take us. He was very dedicated and responsible, and I am very grateful to him. However, our experience was still delayed due to the waiter's evasion and reluctance to guide us, especially when we needed to rush to our next destination. This made us wait for a long time each time. This really makes me feel that the hotel management is substandard! In particular, can you please not say this in front of guests? It made me feel embarrassed!

The B&B's location is super convenient and easy to find, very close to the scenic spots. The breakfast was also really rich and delicious. The environment is beautiful; I really love it here and will definitely come back again. Here, I witnessed the beautiful beginning of my love story with her, and I hope this place marks a wonderful start for us, where we can understand and cherish each other. We don't need grand gestures, just to walk hand-in-hand through life's small moments.

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, parking is very convenient, the location is easy to find, there is no entrance fee after 5 pm, there are singers singing at the door at night, and you can visit the scenic spot when you wake up the next day.

The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

This hotel is really great when you come to Xitang! The hotel is right inside the Xitang scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with other hotels in the scenic area, the price is much more affordable and the cost performance is super high! The hotel is in Chinese garden style, with antique decoration, small bridges and flowing water, courtyard corridors, and it looks very Jiangnan. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and new bathroom facilities. It is very quiet to sleep at night and will not be disturbed at all. And the staff service is very good, whether it is checking in or asking questions, they are very patient and enthusiastic, and they can help solve the problem immediately if there is a need. It is really a good choice to come to Xitang to play. Recommended!

The breakfast is rich and has local characteristics. Dinner could not be enjoyed, and the wedding banquet affected the guests' dining, so they could only find solutions in social catering. The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Very satisfied with the stay.

Great location in downtown with convenient shops and restaurants around. Plus a beautiful park just in front. Very good breakfast with Chinese dishes and local noddles cooked at the moment. Clean and comfortable. Large room, warm in winter even with -7 outside. Professional staff and special thanks to the GM that speak English for his help and suggestion.
