我們訂的是雙人房。房間的空調好像不工作。衞生間洗手池水管周圍一圈水垢，似乎清潔人員缺少必要的培訓。
酒店地理位置極好，就在西塘裏面，去哪裡都十分方便。
前台小姑娘相當負責。因為出租車不能進去，她冒着雨出來迎我們，還貼心地給每個人都帶了傘。

三星級的價格享受到了西塘四星級賓館~整個大堂在西塘來説，應該來説非常的大氣低調奢華了~確實是民宿無法比擬的，我覺得應該是輕奢量級的，如果你選擇輕奢量級的話，選這個賓館絕對沒錯。地理位置也很不錯，景區的門走進去沒多少米就到了，然後再往前沒多少米，就到了景區川流不息的人羣內街。我比較喜歡安靜的環境睡覺，這個賓館非常安靜。而且拖鞋特別好，我去五星級賓館給的鞋子也不比這個拖鞋好。

酒店位於西塘景區內，出行方便。門樓古色古香，很氣派。進門後確是另一番現代酒店的模樣。環境優美、設施很新、時尚乾淨。服務到位，給人以賓至如歸的感覺。

春暖花開，天氣甚好，約好友一起自駕來西塘玩，上海到這裏才50公里車程，很快就到達了。西塘的景色從沒讓我們失望過，而且現在的人文，氛圍更加的有意思了。
環境：我們在網上選擇了承尚世家酒店，位於第二停車場附近，酒店進門就很大氣，應該在西塘算相對高端的酒店了，酒店設計高端大氣，雅緻的中式風格，很有古鎮安靜的韻味。
設施：配備齊全，生活用品不夠服務人員會很貼心的給你送來。
衞生：乾淨衞生，居住感受很好。
服務：前台小姐姐也很熱情，仔細周到。
我們在西塘玩的很開心，下次我們會再來的！

空間環境，各個方面設備都非常的成熟和齊全，而且整體的入住感覺不錯，但是我覺得衞生沒有做乾淨，一進門就兩個襪子掛在電視上

檢票口一進來就是，停車停在西塘古鎮的第2停車場，步行十多分鐘就到了，晚上門口會亮燈，很好找。
衞生不錯，很乾凈，房間通風和採光很好，打開窗簾就可以看到風景。
晚上5點後進來不用門票，第二天可以直接開始在園區玩，離河邊很近，步行兩三分鐘就到了。離出口近，退房後可以寄存行李，出景區也不用和其他遊客一樣拿很遠距離。
酒店是比較古色古香的，入門還是自動門，下雨天非常方便。
下次來還會選擇這家酒店，不臨河也不會很潮。
