The environment is great, very clean and hygienic. Having parking available is a big plus. For our first outing, the staff guided us to the riverside, which was just a one-minute walk away. There are lots of dining options along the Misty Rain Corridor, which is very convenient. This is a newly opened place, the space is generous, and having a private courtyard really maximizes the sense of privacy.

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip. The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable. The room was clean and hygienic, with excellent soundproofing. The service attitude was great, and the air was fresh and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and the laundry facilities were convenient and quick. Overall, it was excellent. The hot water was fast and good, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the TV was large. A truly wonderful hotel.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, but there were a few minor complaints. When I first checked in, the hotel staff enthusiastically greeted me with ticket purchases, carried my luggage, and even offered to take it to the third floor. Later, I discovered there was no elevator, so I had to fend for myself when I checked out. Although I encountered some issues with my tickets during my stay, the hotel responded quickly and helped resolve them. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to key attractions! I have to highly praise the housekeeping staff and the noodle cook in the breakfast room; their service was truly excellent! There are two main complaints: First, the cabinets in some rooms are not child-friendly, making it easy for young children to bump their heads. The bedside lamps are too low, and I hit my head three or four times. While not excruciatingly painful, it was still quite painful. Second, the front desk staff was very negative about the hotel's intangible cultural heritage experience program. They even said, ”I don't want to go” in front of guests. It was truly unbelievable. After two staff members evaded the question for a long time, the guy on duty finally came to take us. He was very dedicated and responsible, and I am very grateful to him. However, our experience was still delayed due to the waiter's evasion and reluctance to guide us, especially when we needed to rush to our next destination. This made us wait for a long time each time. This really makes me feel that the hotel management is substandard! In particular, can you please not say this in front of guests? It made me feel embarrassed!

N+1's experience in Xitang: Previously, I wouldn't choose a riverside room because most were old and had lots of mosquitoes. This time, the room I booked completely changed my mind. I booked this duplex family room two weeks in advance; there was only one available, so you had to act fast! The room was fully automated; the owner was very thoughtful. We arrived in the afternoon, and the owner had already turned on the air conditioning, so it was very cool as soon as we entered. My biggest worry was the mosquitoes, but there wasn't a single one! The scenery was breathtaking. During the day, we opened the window to feed the small fish, and at night, we watched the lanterns and boats – absolutely the best vantage point. The perfect choice for a family trip to Xitang.

I chose this hotel after looking online for a long time. The sanitary conditions are really good. I booked a room on the second floor, facing the river. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the bed. The scenery outside the window was also very beautiful. Free pick-up or drop-off at Xitang Scenic Area Station: the store manager specially drove to pick us up, and also gave us a fruit plate when we arrived at the hotel. The reception service was very warm! ps: His home is only 80 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic spot. Because you can enter and exit the scenic spot at will by swiping your face within 24 hours, you can sleep in late the next day and rush to the entrance of the scenic spot for the last time.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

We booked the Octonauts-themed family suite, and we were absolutely delighted with the room. The ceilings were high, and the layout was very well-thought-out. The three large plush toys on the sofa immediately caught our child's eye as soon as we walked in – they couldn't move! The room was very quiet, and the private hot spring on the balcony was a hit with the little one. The hotel's main hot spring is just downstairs, and guests can access it twice a day during their stay, plus one more time on check-out day. With restaurants and a cat café within the resort, our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! It would be even more perfect if the family suite included a complimentary breakfast for children.

For this price and location, cannot complain. Was quite content. Great location, rooms clean enough. It’s a family run property in an old town and old building, so please do not expect 5-star service.
