"The room is in the scenic area, you can come in when it is free, and then you can play at will in the ancient town.
The boss has a very good attitude and is very caring. If you have any questions, you will reply in time and do it yourself. The room space is super large, the entire second floor and the living room are private areas, and there is also a mahjong table and a projector!
The two rooms are very large and very distinctive, basic toiletries are provided, and disposable towels and bath towels are provided.
When I came, it rained heavily. The boss was very good. We were allowed to keep it here. If the rain was small, we would go ～.
Very satisfied with an experience, I will choose this store next time!"

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip.
The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep.
The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip.
The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to Xitang. I believe you will also praise the facilities here just like me.

YYelingThe room was clean and hygienic, with excellent soundproofing. The service attitude was great, and the air was fresh and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and the laundry facilities were convenient and quick. Overall, it was excellent. The hot water was fast and good, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the TV was large. A truly wonderful hotel.

YYueyoumanxingOverall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, but there were a few minor complaints.
When I first checked in, the hotel staff enthusiastically greeted me with ticket purchases, carried my luggage, and even offered to take it to the third floor. Later, I discovered there was no elevator, so I had to fend for myself when I checked out.
Although I encountered some issues with my tickets during my stay, the hotel responded quickly and helped resolve them.
The hotel is in a great location, convenient to key attractions!
I have to highly praise the housekeeping staff and the noodle cook in the breakfast room; their service was truly excellent!
There are two main complaints:
First, the cabinets in some rooms are not child-friendly, making it easy for young children to bump their heads. The bedside lamps are too low, and I hit my head three or four times. While not excruciatingly painful, it was still quite painful.
Second, the front desk staff was very negative about the hotel's intangible cultural heritage experience program. They even said, ”I don't want to go” in front of guests. It was truly unbelievable. After two staff members evaded the question for a long time, the guy on duty finally came to take us. He was very dedicated and responsible, and I am very grateful to him. However, our experience was still delayed due to the waiter's evasion and reluctance to guide us, especially when we needed to rush to our next destination. This made us wait for a long time each time. This really makes me feel that the hotel management is substandard! In particular, can you please not say this in front of guests? It made me feel embarrassed!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel after looking online for a long time. The sanitary conditions are really good. I booked a room on the second floor, facing the river. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the bed. The scenery outside the window was also very beautiful.
Free pick-up or drop-off at Xitang Scenic Area Station: the store manager specially drove to pick us up, and also gave us a fruit plate when we arrived at the hotel. The reception service was very warm!
ps: His home is only 80 meters away from the entrance of the scenic spot. It is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic spot. Because you can enter and exit the scenic spot at will by swiping your face within 24 hours, you can sleep in late the next day and rush to the entrance of the scenic spot for the last time.

The environment is beautiful; I really love it here and will definitely come back again. Here, I witnessed the beautiful beginning of my love story with her, and I hope this place marks a wonderful start for us, where we can understand and cherish each other. We don't need grand gestures, just to walk hand-in-hand through life's small moments.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this guesthouse for one night while accompanying my parents on a road trip. The landlady personally picked us up, and the guesthouse was close to the second parking lot. Our room, Zhenheju, had a large window overlooking the cruise ship pier, and my parents were very happy sitting by the window enjoying the view across the river. There were restaurants just steps away, which was very convenient. The room was newly renovated and equipped with a full set of smart home technology.

JJoyMoonStayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free!
The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong.
The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore!
If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

GGuest UserFirst time here, and we got upgraded to a Four Seasons room right at check-in. The room was huge and even had a private hot tub, which was fantastic! You can use your room card to access the hot springs twice a day, and even go again after checking out the next day, which is super convenient. The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor sections; my favorite were the indoor massage pools and the heated stone beds. There's also a swimming pool, and they offer complimentary red date tea if you get thirsty. The butler and front desk staff were very warm and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel offers a buffet dinner and an à la carte restaurant, which is a nice touch. Breakfast had a great variety too. It rained during our stay, so we didn't get to explore the surroundings much, but it's very close to Shanghai, so we'll definitely be back!
