"While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot. "
