Lovely quiet accommodation not far from the centre of Inverness. The room had just the right amount of space and was exceptional clean. Parking onsite was a bonus as that can be hard to find in Inverness. Elma was informative and welcoming

Amazingly comfortable beds, lovely clean room and hostess Elma is so friendly and welcoming to everyone - and cooks a fabulous breakfast! I will definitely stay here again - the best B&B I've ever stayed in.

Très vieux jeu dans la deco, la chambre avec les 2 lits enfants n’est plus très à la mode. Les lits sont très très mous et usés donc très désagréable mais pour une nuit ça passe. Le petit-déjeuner est varié avec une partie sous forme de buffet. Le parking devant la porte est très utile. Le centre ville est à 8’ à pied de la maison!!!

Stayed before on my travels pre Covid. Really pleased got to stay in the room I had before. The lovely host Elma now does a continental breakfast and if I'm honest it's makes a pleasant changed from a cooked breakfast everyday!! Lots of off road parking and a 7 min walk into town. I hope to stay again soon.

It was pretty basic nice lady that run it very friendly. The room itself was fine Quite a big size driveway car was safe being there we drove out for dinner which was lovely the area has some stunning views we would stay here again as it was very home from home
