Bar and restaurant closed. No food outlets close except for a burger bar selling burgers at £11. Staff disinterested.Never again

Hotel muy sucio, la habitacion que me dieron tenian las sabanas manchadas de sangre, da mucho asco.. no lo acinsejo para nada . La sabana bajera, con marchas de sangre muy roja y la sábana de encima tambien manchada de sangre o de saliva.. no lo aconsejo . La culpa no la tiene el personal , sino direccion que explota al petsonal.

Cama sucia con manchas de sangre en la sabana bajera, la cambian, pero al entrar a la cama,me doy cuante de que la superior tambien tiene manchas. Da mucho asco. Personal agradable, pero poco personal para cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel, No pueden hacer tampoco las camas, ni cambiar las sabanas. Otro dia sin hacer las camas, bueno esto es normal, pero no cambiar las sabanas , no es muy normal..

Horrible rooms. Helpless staff. This is a horrible inn. The room are old, AC not working, horrible ambience. This place needs to shut down. Its a rip off. They are always short on staff. The staff is overworked and thus doesn't care. It a day light robbery.

The beefeater restaurant was close half the time I was there, staff do not care that much. Asked for a room to be cleaned and it was not done. Overall it’s understaffed and the staff are overrun so don’t care

If you are looking for quality at a low price this is the hotel for you. We had an amazing stay, the staff where amazing the hotel was clean, the access was easy for me, being disabled, the room was spacious and lovely, the shower in the room was easy for me to get and out, really overall was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend and stay again

Unable to take shower or bath boiler was down no partial refund offered. I raised the problem and next morning it was fixed but all my family and their kids were dissappointed at arrival

My favourite place to stay away from home with clean rooms, comfortable bed and free car parking and wifi. Location was only a short distance from start line of Etape Lochness cycle event which is another good thing about my stay as participant for the sportive. Wonderfully pleasant considerate and very helpful staff.

I love Premier Inn. We have 3 that we regularly stay at, this is our 5th to stay at. It was just as we have come to expect, value for money, no issues that needed attention. Room was comfortable, with towels, hair dryer, coffee/tea facilities. Television/ wi-fi worked, lighting was great. We no longer even consider looking elsewhere, we just Premier Inn whenever we travel, and are not disappointed.
