Premier Inn Inverness West

The beefeater restaurant was close half the time I was there, staff do not care that much. Asked for a room to be cleaned and it was not done. Overall it’s understaffed and the staff are overrun so don’t care

If you are looking for quality at a low price this is the hotel for you. We had an amazing stay, the staff where amazing the hotel was clean, the access was easy for me, being disabled, the room was spacious and lovely, the shower in the room was easy for me to get and out, really overall was an amazing experience, would definitely recommend and stay again

Unable to take shower or bath boiler was down no partial refund offered. I raised the problem and next morning it was fixed but all my family and their kids were dissappointed at arrival

My favourite place to stay away from home with clean rooms, comfortable bed and free car parking and wifi. Location was only a short distance from start line of Etape Lochness cycle event which is another good thing about my stay as participant for the sportive. Wonderfully pleasant considerate and very helpful staff.

I love Premier Inn. We have 3 that we regularly stay at, this is our 5th to stay at. It was just as we have come to expect, value for money, no issues that needed attention. Room was comfortable, with towels, hair dryer, coffee/tea facilities. Television/ wi-fi worked, lighting was great. We no longer even consider looking elsewhere, we just Premier Inn whenever we travel, and are not disappointed.

Had to ask for toilet rolls 2 teabags and coffee in room 2 cartons of milk 2 sugar sachets Breakfast started at 7am yet cycle event started at 0530 YET no attempt to sort out an early Breakfast for participants

I don't hestiate to recommend this Premier Inn. Friendly staff, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very good cooked breakast.

We were staying in Inverness for one night and chose this hotel for its location and parking needs Check in was quick and efficient and before you knew it we were in our room. The room it self was comfortable and bright and was ideal for our needs We had booked a dinner bed and breakfast package and I must say the evening meal was very nice with no complaints The breakfast on the other hand was not, the cooked offerings were cold and unappetising and most was left on my plate, the continental selection was depleted and had not been replenished even though the restaurant was not that busy and the orange juice was of the diluting kind which was not what I was hoping for. Would I stay again?, definitely but I would miss out on breakfast

I come for a stay a march, I have to give in to your staff the check in was quick and no fuss. Which is what you want after traveling.. the room was clean with TV. Bed where comfy. The food in the restaurant was beautiful had to wait 35 minutes but it was worth the wait
