The room is located next to the canal in the city center, but it is obviously an old house renovated. When checking in, you have to sign a lot of disclaimers and record your bank card password and other things with the clerk. It feels very unreliable. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated on the beautiful River Ness, opposite the castle. The exterior is beautiful, but the interior facilities in the room are a bit simple. There is a one-way street in front of the hotel and parking is not allowed, but there is a paid parking lot 200 meters away.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The facilities are old and the rooms are average. The only advantage is that the service staff are very enthusiastic and the hotel is in a convenient location.

The hotel is old, living up to the local architecture, however its facilities are in perfect condition. I found a call! Very polite attendants.
There is no private parking, but it didn't work. There is a public car park a few meters away which charges £5 per day.

The location is good by the small river, the city center is across the river, and the room type is relatively cozy. The only downside is that the parking is not very convenient. If you are traveling by car, you need to park in the surrounding parking lots.

Incredibly poor place. We went in and initially were so impressed. Had a room with view of the river. However, once my wife got into bed she realized she was lying in URINE! They told us they'd change our rooms but didn't have anything nearly as nice. In addition, they said our room would be fully refunded. However, we discovered that's NOT TRUE. They refunded the difference of our initial room with that of the one we stayed in. Incredible, I know. So be aware of urine and don't expect to be treated fairly.

Unfortunately an un clean room, sticky cup rings on the bed side table and dirty mirrors and the bathroom wasn’t that clean either, hard to open window, but the room was spacious and the bed was comfy, breakfast pretty grim, we went down 15 mins before it ended not long after, the staff were getting there breakfast and using the lift so we had to take the stairs back to our room, I definitely would not stay here again. And not a particularly cheap place to stay either

On a positive note the hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Inverness. Also, it was reasonably priced. However, on arrival I could understand why it was a reasonable price. The decor isn’t great and in some areas it’s quite scruffy. I wasn’t told anything about breakfast or wifi password when I checked in. The following morning I went to reception and asked about breakfast and as it wasn’t included in the room rate I was charged £23 each for me and my son. An expensive breakfast! The breakfast wasn’t worth anywhere near £23. The cooked food had been out a while and was dried up. Very disappointing.
