People make the business. The facilities are quaint, clean and beautiful. The staff make the place sparkle. On arrival - we were a bit early - our bags were stored, and upon our inquiry, we were suggested a driving service for a local tour. On our tour return, our bags had been delivered to our room and all prepared for our stay. We took dinner in the lounge where the food and drink were delicious. The barman made solid recommendations for a single malt and mixed drinks. The wine list is small but had an appropriate range for the fare offered. We chose a bottle that paired wonderfully with a hearty beef plate. We were happy that we had stumbled upon this hotel, but were so very impressed with the staff and the service we received.

Cannot fault my evening at this hotel in the slightest, The hotel interior was stunning and the staff member at reception was incredibly helpful. I came in for a dinner with my daughter, our waitress Hannah was lovely and knew a lot about the food and drinks which really showed she had been trained properly and knew what she was doing. Our meal was so enjoyable we will definitely be coming back very soon. Would highly recommend to anyone considering booking.

Kirsty is a fantastic waiter who catered to our every need. Very helpful and polite. She deserves a raise. Fantastic cocktails severed, best I have ever had. The food was also excellent and severed in a timely and efficient manor. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend. Always ask for Kirsty!!!!!

Spent one night here whilst on a business trip in Inverness. A brilliant little hotel with really accommodating and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was of an extremely high quality for dinner and breakfast. Bar area was really nice too. Would 100% come back if I’m in Inverness again!

The hotel is great
The main areas are stunning
The room I was in was a very nice room
However it could do with a good bit of TLC & check over
Some dirty stained walls, other areas badly marked or missing painting
A very good deep clean & a fresh coat of paint would do wonders considering price paid for room
Apart from that it's a really nice hotel that I'd recommend & stay again
