Amazing stay, the hotel is excellently located just off from Inverness center with parking and a beautiful garden. Breakfast was cooked upon order with many creative and delicious options. Staff very friendly. Clean and well-maintained hotel. We stayed in a family room. Very big and bright room. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with restaurant and lounge. Lovely gardens. Staff accomodated our late arrival by keeping the kitchen open a bit late for us and allowing us to enjoy a drink in the lounge while they cleaned up and set for the morning. Spacious and comfortable room in the garden building.

This hotel is full of character and in a great location. We’re doing a tour around Scotland and had to visit Inverness and this was the perfect stop over on the route. It’s a little dated but the staff are pleasant and more than make up for the charm of the hotel. Worth a visit!

Every staff member, without exception, were amazing. In fact one evening our card key did not work and the chef came out to help us. Can not say enough about these wonderful people. Our room was well kept and comfortable. There were some minor repair issues that I hope will be taken care off (weird hot water instead of cold in bathroom sink, the safe did not work, one of the windows did not latch) nothing terrible, but a wee annoying. The food was delicious and the breakfast pastries wonderful. The one thing I would suggest is to double check your room’s view. Ours was the car park. Not an overly large or busy car park, but not the view I’d want.

Hi, we made a refundable booking with this place and have been trying to cancel for 20 days, but no one responds to emails or picks up the phone. Would appreciate a response from a staff member! It seems like there is a staff member who responds to reviews here!

Staff here was very nice. It is not walkable to downtown Inverness but if you have a car it works well. Good breakfast options and room was nice size. We stayed in the new building, only complaint was that there was a green safety light above the window that shown brightly the entire night and kept us both up. UGH!

We loved the walking trail along the river and the scenic 30 minute walk to the downtown shopping and restaurant area
