Lovely hotel in quiet area of Inverness. Really friendly staff. Comfy room and great food. Swimming pool and sauna in good condition (could use a clock somewhere - I lost track of time!). Bar well stocked with whisky and the bar staff are knowledgeable and efficient.

Great staff so friendly, great location you can walk into Inverness centre. Very quiet residential location and we had a lovely attic room with space and a bath which we like. Good breakfast. Has a swimming pool which we were not aware of but another useful facility

Had a 90th birthday celebration lunch in a function suite at this hotel. Hotel staff are really friendly and could not do enough for us. Delicious food and excellent service, also moderately priced. Also great for dogs. Our's was made welcome. Would definitely come back again.

We arrived late and booked last minute. Very accommodating, very helpful and got a good night's rest. It is just a short walk down the hill to all the action, yet far enough away to be quiet. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the staff

Voilà un bel établissement,dans un quartier très calme..un petit coin de campagne à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville d’Inverness Excellent restaurant ,et petit déjeuner de grande qualité..personnel d’une extrême gentillesse.. Une très belle belle étape..un hôtel à recommander sans hésiter

A very well located property - 10 mins pleasant walk to the city centre and riverside. We stayed twice, once in a family room and once in a maisonette, and although the former was lovely, the latter felt a bit tired - lots of lightbulbs not working, bathoom in need of a refresh, etc. However, very clean and comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again, but not in a maisonette.
