Room was cold, Shower didn't work, not child friendly and furniture was more professional that for a family with a toddler but food was good and staff friendly.

We booked a Family Deluxe Room with 3 beds, and arrived to find that they had overbooked and didn't have this room available. The man behind the counter offered, at no extra charge, two rooms with two beds each, which was fine. The next morning, the woman on duty charged me for two rooms and basically accused me of lying when I recounted what happened at check in. Additionally, the tv in the room was perilously perched on a bureau just barely wider than the tv legs and was not secured to the wall. Needless to say, it tipped over and almost fell on my 3 year old. No one seemed to care if she was ok or not. For their careless tv placement, I was charged for a new tv. Our one room, one night stay turned into an over $700 ordeal! Stay away!

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights last week, everything was first class. Comfortable beds and bathroom well equipped. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, from the managers to all staff in dining room, reception and all others. Can't wait to return!!

I have just stayed at this hotel for a business trip with a colleague. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, room very nice, restaurant excellent. Only fly in the ointment is the lounge bar service was very slow to wait 20 minutes for a beverage is poor.

Mooi authentiek en rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke receptie en bediening. Diner was zeer verzorgd en in een klassiek maar aangenaam kader. Kamers zeer net. Enige opmerking, water van de douche was zelfs op de koudste stand nog steeds te heet om onder te staan.

A lovely hotel for a wedding, staff we very attentive, food was lovely, breakfast was really good - the rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable. Only downside was in the rooms I found that trying to find a plug to charge electronics, then another for hair dryer, i could only really use one the two that were on the dresser i couldn't get the plugs in and those that had lights plugged in were too small to plug things in. (Small thing but when so many things need charged not ideal)

Had a great night with awesome people. Music, food, atmosphere, everything you can imagine was on high standards. Staff were fantastic. DJ played songs that everybody enjoyed. Prizes for whoever won Bingo were absolutely fantastic. It's definitely worth going.

We arrived after flying in overnight. We had an excellent lunch in the lounge before heading to our room. The room was well appointed, comfortable with an excellent shower. We had a great evening meal followed by a spectacular breakfast the next morning. The stay was great value. All the staff were friendly, attentive & efficient. We have stayed a number of times over the years and the standards remain excellent

Good food and nice enough hotel but had booked a ‘deluxe family room’ don’t think it was a family room, pretty small standard room with an extra camp bed in it. Had stayed previously in a much bigger family room.
Busy with a wedding so expect they’d used up all the bigger rooms.
Probably won’t stay again.
