Premier Inn Inverness Centre (River Ness)

Location was great and room was really spacious as well. However, there was very limited parking spaces and we took the last available slot for the day. Otherwise we will have to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly as well. Good place to stay.

For a premier inn, the price is very expensive and doesn’t include the breakfast. Room was nice and clean, comfy as you’d expect, but the WiFi didn’t work but there is an option to upgrade for more money! Shower was amazing, beds and pillows great. Staff quite friendly. Paid extra for the breakfast but most on offer was luke warm or dried up. Coffee machine wasn’t working! Was put off having an evening meal after being told it was take a long time because there was only one chef working…..despite the restaurant being empty apart from one table of 6-7….i got the hint and decided to eat outside the hotel. Wasn’t impressed with the stay and will heavily consider supporting more of the local b&b’s in future.

I had a very comfortable and clean room overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and the bathroom and furniture were functionally very good. I liked that I could control the room temperature. Check in was rapid and friendly, the breakfasts were excellent and staff service was also very good. The hotel is well located with very easy access to the shops and restaurants in the centre of Inverness. I had a very pleasant stay here and can highly recommend this hotel. Other family members have previously had a similar positive experience.

This was probably one of the cleanest Premier Inns we have stayed in. Fantastic location - not too far from the centre. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn buffet breakfast - plenty of food, no empty dishes or waiting for food to be topped up. Friendly and helpful staff. A slight negative - we arrived at 3pm after a very long drive (over 7 hours) and the room was not ready until 3.30pm. We had to hang around in reception until this was sorted. Reception did however arrange for free parking for the length of our stay as an apology for our slight inconvenience.

Had a lovely time here. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location, only a short walk from the railway station and in walking distance to everything I wanted to see. Good price.

Absolutely fantastic! lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Thyme restaurant... again lovely staff! they made sure we had our veggie sausage etc for breakfast every day. One small thing... could be a couple of extra veggie options on the dinner menu? having said that, we had a lovely pizza and a delicious veggie burger, can't fault the food! 4 very happy Welsh people... Will deffo visit again!
