Had a brilliant stay at the Clansman hotel, staff were lovely and went the extra mile! We were there for my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable for him! The food was amazing and couldn’t fault the service in the bar or restaurant at both breakfast and dinner time. The hotel has amazing views over the loch and it’s so easy to access the loch cruises from the hotel also.
Definitely will be back!

We had a lovely stay at The Clansman. The hotel is in a great position and we enjoyed the views over Loch Ness as we ate our breakfast and evening meal. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the barman who informed us how to drink whiskey properly:) The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location is great, within driving distance of shopping, restaurants, and stores as well as being across the street from Loch Ness. The room (partial balcony) was nice but the view was just ok and there is a lot of traffic noise from the road. The shower was spacious and had two shower head options. The food in the restaurant was nice and the gift shop was huge.

Excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Loch Ness. We stayed for two nights and ate in the restaurant both times. The food is very good, freshly cooked with local produce. All the staff were friendly , efficient and professional. We had a Loch view room which was very comfortable. We also had a Loch View table in the restaurant which was brilliant. The boat trips around Loch Ness are right outside the hotel. We took the one that offered a stop at Urquhart Castle, very interesting place.

What a wonderful location overlooking Loch Ness from the dining room, bar and our bedroom. Spectacular. Amazing staff on reception, bar and restaurant and they even convinced us to try their own haggis recipe. Outstanding. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Loch Ness. Close to the Loch Ness Centre and all things Loch Ness.

We loved our 3 night stay at the Loch Ness Clansman. We were really lucky to get upgraded to the apartment free of charge due to some engineering work that was happening in the main building, meaning that we were able to enjoy loads of extra space and an amazing view of Loch Ness. The staff were all very kind and friendly and we enjoyed the freshly cooked Scottish breakfast every morning as well as one evening meal. It was a real treat to enjoy your dinner watching the sun set over the loch. We had a great holiday and didn’t want to come home! Thank you.
