The room is very clean and tidy. The gym equipment is okay.
There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel, but it is still very quiet at night and the sound insulation is very good.
You can also start a walking tour next to the Ness River in just two or three minutes' walk.
The staff are very friendly. On the day of check-out, I was spotted by a strange man because I was traveling alone as a girl. For my safety, the hotel staff sent me to the station before leaving. Thank you very much:)

What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - right in the centre of Inverness! We needed an early check in and the staff promptly attended our request. The bed is 5*, the washroom is also 5* level! Great experience and will definitely return on my next visit to Scotland and the Highlands!

The room was clean and had al the basic necessities.
Nothing extraordinary but great value for price.
Great location close to the train station and a car parking garage. Furthermore there is a lot of entertainment in the evening on the pub street in the city center.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, with lovely shower. Staff were super friendly. We got stuck with poor weather and they easily sorted out a room for an extra night. Lovely cosey bar area. Brilliant location with the train station just 5 minutes away.
