Genuine, friendly & lovely staff in very nice little hotel. Great location, views & vibe with easy parking. Superb service & evening meals ( with many locals popping in) & made to request breakfast. Rooms spotlessly clean, cosy with all you need to survive. A very easy, relaxed & enjoyable stay.👍

Booked dinner for 5.30pm. Waited 75 mins to be served. Lovely meal but spoilt by the wait. Not even a complimentary drink offered. The 7 year old was ravenous. We ordered two rounds of drinks as nothing else to do. Very disappointed as it was a special birthday meal.

Lovely hotel in a picturesque area. Food was fantastic with a couple of vegan options (and not a vegan burger in sight). Prices for food and wine are reasonable. Breakfast choices plentiful, cereal, toast, rolls, full breakfast etc. Restaurant gets busy at night so advisable to book. Room was very nice (room 1). Not a huge room but the view made up for this, you can lie in bed and look out over the firth. Lovely bathroom but no heating in it. Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming. Great area for peace and quiet. A taxi from Inverness station is £12 - 15 but the bus (no.22) is £2.65 from the bus station which is only a few minutes walk from the station and takes you right outside the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the views out of our room window was decent. There is no front desk. There is a bell that you ring or you walk into one of the restaurants to speak to a staff member. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage and depending on where your room is, it will be a bit of a task to get them up the stairs. A lot of small winding hallways. There was noticeable black mold and grime in the bathroom along on the shower wand, shower head and walls as well as the grab bar. Street parking was relatively easy.

Had a few days in North Kessock to see in 2024. On two occasions we had lunch at the North Kessock Hotel and it was amazing. Great service by super courteous staff and the food...........on my days was just fab. If you're around the area I highly recommend a visit.

The owners and staff are welcoming, helpful, and provide a hospitality that is second to none. The food they provide is delicious and if you are lucky enough to be there on Sunday, get the roast. The view from the front porch is amazing and we were fortunate enough to see the dolphins. Our favorite stop in all of Scotland.
