The hotel has been great with an amazing view over the lake. It's very close to the city center, like 10 minutes of walking. The staff has been extremely friendly and the breakfast really good. You will definitely not regret choosing this hotel

The room was big and clean, and the bed was the best ever. the staff was very polite. The view from the terrace was great. It has free parking and the location that the hotela is in , is very convinient. The town centre is very close , although you need car to go to.

Ωραία θέα αλλά όχι τόσο καθαρό ειδικά τα σεντόνια κι το πάπλωμα. Το πάπλωμα είχε λεκέ κι το ανέφερα στη ρεσεψιόν κι μου είπαν ότι το άλλαξαν αλλά πάλι δεν ήταν καθαρό. Ο ρεσεψιονιστ συμπαθητικος και εξυπηρετικος!! Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν όλο το 24ωρο για 3 αστερων.

Η περιγραφή "με θέα στη λίμνη" ήταν απλά μια παραπλάνηση.Επρεπε να βγεις στο μπαλκόνι και να πας σε μια γωνιά για να δεις από πολύ χαμηλά την λίμνη.Το στρώμα ήταν σχεδόν σαν να πέφτεις σε πέτρες.Μπανιο χρίζει ανακαινίσης γι' αυτό και έχει μια φωτογραφία.Το πρωινό επιεικως απαράδεκτο.Τρομερα μικρό και ακόμα και αυτά τα ελάχιστα που είχε όταν πήγαμε να φάμε 10:15(11 κλείνει το πρωίνο) μας είπε ότι το μόνο που μπορούσε να γεμίσει ήταν οι φέτες τυρί.Πρωτη φορά πάω σε ξενοδοχείο που δεν ξαναγεμίζουν σχεδόν καθόλου τον (ας τον πούμε) μπουφε.Την ημέρα που φτάσαμε (ειχε ήδη κλείσει η reception καθώς είναι μέχρι τις 4)ειχει σπάσει ένας αγωγός στην πόλη και σε αρκετά μέρη της πόλης δεν είχε νερό, παρ'ολα αυτά κανείς δεν μας ενημέρωσε για αυτό,το μάθαμε το επόμενο πρωί.Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα το πρότεινα πουθενά!!Μακριά για μια καλύτερη εμπειρία στα Γιάννενα.

Πίσω απο το καλοριφέρ υπήρχαν μυρμήγκια. Το πρωινό ήταν ανεπαρκές, δεν ανανεωνόταν, υπήρχε μόνο ένας υπάλληλος για να εξυπηρετήσει. Δεν καθάριζαν τα τραπέζια έπρεπε να τους πεις και να βάλουν σουπλά. Το μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο απαράδεκτο τα τζάμια του ντους έχασκαν και γέμιζε νερό το μπάνιο. Το ζεστό νερό μετά απο κάποια ώρα τελείωνε. Οι τοίχοι του δωματίου ξεφτισμένοι Ηχομόνωση καμμία ακούγαμε τα πάντα απο το πάνω και διπλα δωμάτιο. Η θέρμανση είναι μόνο με aircondition. Η καθαριότητα καλή, οι πετσέτες αλλάζονταν κάθε μέρα. Η τοποθεσία διπλα στην Λίμνη.

Κλείσαμε το executive room για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων.Μια απογοήτευση.τα σεντόνια ήταν βρώμικα,όταν το αναφέραμε με μια απάθεια είπαν θα τα αλλάξουμε ,το ένα πάπλωμα ήταν πολυ μικρό,το πρώτο βράδυ παγωσαμε.το ένα στρώμα είναι χαλασμένο,μας είπαν ότι θα γυρίσουν ανάποδα το χαλασμένο στρώμα.το καλοριφέρ στο μπάνιο παλιό κ σκουριασμένο,το πιγκάλ σπασμένο.οταν κάναμε μπάνιο στη ντουζιέρα τα νερά έβγαιναν από τη πόρτα του μπάνιου κ φτάνανε στη πόρτα του δωματίου.Δεν υπάρχει ντουλάπα ,ούτε επιπλέον λευκά είδη σε περίπτωση αναγκης.Πληρωσαμε executive room και μόνο executive δεν ειναι.Δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν μετά τις 4,το πρωινό είναι φτωχό κ χαμηλής ποιότητας κ εάν κατεβετε μετά τις 9:30 θα βρείτε μόνο τα ταμπελακια με τη περιγραφή των προϊόντων,οι κούπες του καφέ είναι σπασμένες,ραγισμένες,το αναφέραμε αλλά δεν τις άλλαξαν.Υπηρχε πολυωρη διακοπή νερού στα Ιωάννινα κ το ξενοδοχείο δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε να ενημερώσει τους ενοίκους για τον τρόπο χειρισμού του συγκεκριμένου συμβάντος.

Fridge really took a long time to cool things down. There were no glasses in the room. Reception closed at 4pm so no way of getting things sorted.
Apart from these points, a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.

Ήμουν στην junior σοφίτα ήταν πολύ όμορφα όλα κ το ξενοδοχείο κ η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ ευγενική. Το μόνο αρνητικο ήταν το ότι το πρωινο αν πας μια ώρα μετά από την ώρα που ξεκινάει δν υπάρχει απόλυτος τίποτα.

Η όλη εμπειρία συνολικά ήταν αρκετά καλή, το μόνο ωστόσο που με παραξένεψε ήταν ότι μας είπαν ότι τα σεντόνια αλλάζουν ανά 3 μέρες και όσο είμασταν εκεί, δηλαδή για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ τα σεντόνια. Επίσης η κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο μακρυά και φαινόταν πολυκαιρισμένη, ωστόσο δεν ήταν κάτι το οποίο με πείραξε ιδιαίτερα αλλά άξιζε να αναφερθεί. Γενικότερα πολύ ήσυχη διαμονή και αρκετά ζεστό το προσωπικό και φιλόξενο,πολύ ωραία θέα προς τη λίμνη και το πρωινό μπορεί να ήταν λίγο στάνταρ αλλά αρκετά χορταστικό. Τέλος, η πρόσβαση από και προς το ξενοδοχείο ήταν αρκετά εύκολη και το πάρκινγκ ήταν ικανοποιητικό! Σίγουρα θα ήταν κάτι που θα πρότεινα στο κόσμο και για την τιμή του ήταν πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία
