"The hotel has a great location, convenient for visiting various attractions. There's also a wine cellar, and it seems there are artifacts underground, which is quite interesting. However, the rooms are a bit small, and there are steps, which felt a little inconvenient. The blankets didn't seem to be changed after each guest—perhaps it's a Greek custom. The sheets were fresh and clean. The blankets were placed on top of the sheets, without a cover-up, which isn't something Chinese people are used to."

"Positives:.excellent service of staff in all areas of the hotel and the food we had at the bar was amazing. Negative: do not stay in room 222. It is opposite the lift and on top of the lobby. It is extremely noisy at night and in the morning and in fact any time of day. You can hear every word people are saying when they are waiting for the lift, you can also hear guests and the cleaners passing by and chatting and pushing their trollies and you can hear people talking in the lobby. I complained about the room but was met with sympathy and not much else. I would challenge the owner/manager to stay in this room for one night...he/she might be shocked. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Even though the hotel is very nice and well located, one room can ruin your complete stay. By the way, if you are in the bathroom you can also hear the person above you in their bathroom...I will not go into these awful details."

"Nice location, fairly quiet and detached from the city but close enough to walk. Also, the apartment had a Netflix account available on the tv, so perfect for travellers without having to log in with personal details. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, attached photos display the severely stained couch in the room - under the bedsheet stains were also present along with hair from previous guests. Kettle was broken, with a lid that did not shut properly, while a potted plant in the room was long dead. Bathroom layout was inconvenient, shower separate to toilet / sink by a wall which reduced the spaces to an inconvenient size. Furthermore, toilet seat and lid were broken and required attention not to worsen. Electrical layout of the room was also awkward, with plugs located at the top of the bed. Only stayed two nights, but a longer stay might not be so comfortable for these reasons."

"Our experience at the lake hotel was completely unplanned but we were lucky to cross there. It happened to arrive very late at 1 am (after midnight) in Ioannina and all hotels were overbooked. Someone suggest us to go here, the reception staff were very polite and friendly to offer us the suite room. Everything in suite room was fantastic, with details that all of us with a little kid felt very good. The breakfast was very delicious, almost everything you can find and very tasty. However, allow me to suggest maybe two things that for 5 stars hotel maybe it helps to improve. First, it was the window that I didn’t see with details but in the morning when I opened, I saw that curtains “fixed” it, because it was broken. And the closet had a scratch in the middle. It happens of course but for a suite maybe have to give more attention to these little things that make difference. Second, I know there are rules about the breakfast and hours, but as we were still eating (at 10:20) the staff comes and said: take what you have to take, because we will close and remove everything from buffe. It sounds me a little bit rude, because the standard of a 5 stars hotel could be more polite, regarding the price that people pay. "Very clean and spacious room with high ceilings and loft bed. Great for group travellers / families. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. And water pressure for shower is good. Location is very good and next to old town, shops, restaurants, and the lake. Self managed apartment style residence so there is no front desk or reception. Be sure to get check in details from property before arrival to ensure smooth check in. Overall I enjoyed my stay"

"Location was in middle of the old town. Walking distance to everything. Parking rental car is a bit tricky but there seemed to be space available in the lot they recommend on check in email. Rooms were clean. We had a ssmall washing machine and no dryer. Air conditioning worked fine."
