The best place to spend a relaxing cozy and calm time while being in Ios island! Staff extremely friendly and polite…location and scenery remarkable….food amazing … breakfast in room full of fine manchies …veranda of suites with their pool at its best and on top cleanliness of rooms at its top!!! The management and the team are always there to assist and offer you the luxury you deserve!!! A top property to stay at !!!

A two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four, offering much-needed privacy for parents while providing plenty of space for the children. The indoor living room perfectly complemented the private outdoor pool and outdoor living space. Enjoying family breakfasts outdoors while overlooking the Aegean Sea was a remarkable experience for us. Our room was so perfect that at times it was a struggle to leave and explore the beauty of Ios! The staff was incredible, helping us secure dining reservations, a car rental, transportation to the port, taxis, and providing recommendations for family activities. Everyone was friendly and incredibly warm with our children, making us feel welcome and excited to experience each day on Ios. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Ios Grand! Our one and only constructive comment relates to hallway noise. Admittedly, some may notice that sounds in the hallway of Ios Grand can travel. This was not a significant issue for us, but it is worth noting for other travelers who may be more sensitive to noise. In summary, this is a terrific property on a beautifully picturesque island. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Ios, and we look forward to returning ourselves in the future!

STUNNING! My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary and felt like kings and queens. 🥂 The view was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were very spacious. Everything was very clean/neat and organized. This is a perfect place for a celebration and/or family and couple trips. The facility has several rooms 2-3 bedrooms available. We went to the spa for a couples massage and Joey was very accommodating in setting us up with a relaxing day. Dimitrios, Christos and team were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! A plus was the delicious cocktails made by Constantinos/Spyros at the pool bar.

There was so much to love about the pool suite we stayed in - genuinely comfortable king size bed (not two mattresses put together), incredibly friendly helpful staff (without exception), stunning views of the bay from the private garden, beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, exceptionally generous and delicious breakfast delivered to the charming shady courtyard area each morning, spacious living area, fridges in room and outside, clean, two lift rides away from lovely beach and restaurants so not too much walking required, gorgeous family of kittens as regular visitors to reception and garden. The beach near the ferry port is also stunning and only a ten minute drive away. I could go on......... I really can't think of any down sides or anything that needs improvement. The design is so well thought through and matched by wonderful service. I would highly recommend this hotel and Ios itself which is quieter than other resorts so suited us perfectly. We are already planning to go again next year!

Very unique, exceptional rooms offering private pools with views of Aegean Sea. Breakfast served in your room every morning with the most helpful and happy staff. The only place I would choose to stay in IOS.

The suite was beautiful with plenty of space and a lovely terrace . The reception staff were wonderful and in particular Anastassia who was super helpful and an absolute delight to deal with and gave great recommendations and organised everything we asked for. She made us feel very welcome. The suites and hotel are beautifully positioned with easy access to a lovely beach with several bars and restaurants which I will review separately. The breakfasts were good and varied and can be served in the suite or the hotel . The gardens are well kept. The main pool is lovely but the pool bar had a lack of atmosphere and loud music in the morning which was not the fault of the junior staff, who were all very nice, but entirely the fault of an extremely surly manager who did not respond well when the issue was raised with him and studiously ignored us thereafter. We did raise it with senior management who apologised with a spa gift which was kind but not necessary. What we actually wanted was a more visible presence from senior management and for them to deal with the individual concerned so that real change would occur. It’s a shame as the pool bar and it’s environs could be great. with proper leadership We are beach lovers so it didn’t spoil our stay .

We loved our stay here, the suite was fabulous and there is a lovely beach and many restaurants very close by. The main town Chora is a short taxi ride away.
The outdoor space was amazing and the infinity pool looking out over the sea was gorgeous.
The breakfasts were great, especially as they were brought to the room and served on the terrace. We also ordered a few lunches and dinners to the room as well as it was just such an amazing view!
We also had spa treatments which were lovely!
I would definitely recommend staying here!

Ios Grand Pool Suites was once again an absolute paradise! The spacious suites with private pools and breathtaking sea views provide the perfect oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with attentive staff members (special mention for Christos) who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and pampered. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a blend of local and international cuisine. Having traveled extensively, we can confidently say that this hotel is a true standout. It's definitely one of the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in! We will be back next year for sure.
