The room is okay although the furniture is old as you can see all the contengs and glue mark that cant be removed. My husband didn't like the bed, not so comfy. My roon is on the ground floor so less privacy. You guys might wanna request upstairs level. When check in the receptionist does not brief anything on the facilities so yes you might need to ask. When check out, they will check the room first before you can go. Perhaps, they wanna make sure no personal things the guest left. They provide a private parking for hotel guests. You may use the shared facilities with RPGC member at different building. This is where the cafes and swimming pool located. The kids swimming pool was not so big and suitable for 1 to 2 family only. The adult pool yes, so big. Did not have any meal on the cafe so no comment on that. Overall, this hotel is okay if you dont wanna have a big crowd on your staycation.
