"The building looks normal but the interior made up for it. Looks new and rooms are clean. However, they can improve on the lift to accommodate crowd as I experience stopping at almost all level during check-out time. Service was good as I requested to have my pillow case changed after my 1st night as it smelled a little funky. Overall, good experience."

"The place is clean and well managed. Self check in Malaysia is a surprise but works well. Each co living units has a few rooms but the main common room is well equipped with living space facilities. Location is also nice since it's close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. The parking space has tight entrance but could easily be managed by a seasoned driver. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and cheap place to stay"

"We are writing to express our disappointment regarding our recent stay. During booking, we explicitly requested a quiet room; however, we were assigned a connecting room. Unfortunately, due to the thin separation, we could hear the neighboring guests talking and moving items late into the night, which resulted in a sleepless night for us. While we understand the hotel was fully booked when we raised this with the front desk, we are frustrated that no alternative solution or assistance could be provided at the time."

"I enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience. Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities."

"Hotel was new and clean. Layout of rooms was proper and spacious, beds were decently firm which offer good rest. Bathroom a little small and lack of hooks for hanging. Kitchen is well equipped for all necessary. Staffs (front office) were friendly and helpful. The mini mart (open till 2am) was well stock that added points of emergency need. Overall I give 5 star. "New hotel- great value for those travelling to Ipoh. You’ll need a vehicle to move around or at least use grab. The only thing I wanted to comment is that the staff should mask up, especially if they’re sick. When I checked in, the staff looked really sick and had snot hanging on his nose. All these happened while handling my check in. It was traumatising for me. The hotel should provide hand sanitisers too. The room is comfy however the beds are a bit too hard. Each need should come with two pillows, even those single beds."

Pool ok la, but there were other few families member conquer the pool and let their children make the pool as swim competition and theirs only swim all the space.parents no common sense to others kids."

"Please be reminded, this hotel only support self check in, i not realised when i do the booking, only noticed when i reach the hotel. So it took me sometime to contact CS for the check in procedure. The room is good enuff for business traveller. Best part is the this hotel quite during night time as its far from main road, compare to some other same range hotel."

"Booked this hotel last minute for a spontaneous trip to Ipoh and it turned out to be a pleasant stay. Free basement parking was available, which made things very convenient for those who are driving like u. The room was comfortable and satisfactory for the price paid. The location is also close enough to town and easily accessible by car. There’s also a lovely café on the ground floor — a nice bonus for coffee lovers. Overall, a good option for a short getaway."
