"I had a great stay here! The room I booked was upgraded to a larger, more spacious room, and honestly it felt huge and incredibly comfortable — almost like being at home. Really appreciated the coziness and how well everything was set up. Definitely a stay that exceeded my expectations!"

"Stayed here and was satisfied. Basement parking with CCTV and a guard for security. Free breakfast provided. There’s a normal water dispenser and a vending machine at the lobby. Staff are quick and friendly. Location is great — many eateries within walking distance. Overall, clean and nice place for the price."

"Check in ws at Level 12. Staff was friendly. Nice view of Ipoh town with mountains at the back. Will have better view if you stay on a higher floor. A jug was provided for filling water from a water dispencer located on the same floor where you can take hot and cold water as bottled water was not provided."

"Is a building by itself, friendly staff and big room. It has good water pressure and a laundry room on level 3. Need to drive or call a grab to go to eateries. For the price is ok to catch a grab out. Only negative part is the TV not many channels. Some channels will only start at certain time. This is 3rd time staying here, and I have also extended another night here Nearby have a bakery called Shake and Bake. Can try there"

"The homestay has a modern and pleasant design, but several aspects made the stay less comfortable than expected. Parking is very inconvenient as there is no lift connecting directly from the parking area to the homestay, which made moving our luggage difficult. The host also forgot to provide bath towels, and we only realized it late at night, so immediate assistance wasn’t possible — luckily, we had brought our own. Another major downside is the noise. There is ongoing construction from 8am to 7pm, making the place very noisy throughout the day. Overall, while the unit itself looks nice, the convenience and comfort level could be improved significantly."
