GGuest UserWe stayed one night at Bedrock Hotel Ipoh and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very nice and huge, with plenty of space and everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The location is convenient for exploring Ipoh and the Old Town area.
The only small downside was the breakfast, which was just so-so. It was fine, but not the highlight of the stay.
Overall, everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserI enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience.
Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities.

GGuest UserThe hotel's exterior is new and fresh, and the room is bright and comfortable with a modern, 'cyber' design. The toilet in the bathroom is state-of-the-art, and the in-room electronic system is very convenient to use. The lobby staff were all smiles, attentive, and friendly. The hotel is located near the city center, less than a ten-minute drive away, which is very convenient. For Ipoh, Malaysia, this hotel is definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

I was quite surprise that the hotel with 4 stars provides lousy tooth brush which can hurt our gums with it.
At least please provides tooth brush that a bit soft with the standard.
Do note that please put reception number on the phone so that we can call the reception to provide drinking bottles.
Hotel breakfast overall is good.

RRest and RelaxThe location is good as Ipoh Parade is between walking distance. Parking is convenient except no security and anyone can drive or walk into the basement. It comes with water dispensers and washing machine, which is nice. A little dusty on the kitchen and cups with stain. Others than this everything is good.

AAdibah SallehVery satisfied. The room was spacious. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The room had complete amenities. The hotel is close to a supermarket and eateries. It's easy to get around. There's covered parking. The only minor issue was a sewer smell in the toilet when we first entered the room, before we even used it. After a while, the smell faded. Overall, good.

GGuest UserStayed at Hotel 1969 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were polite and kind throughout our stay, especially the concierge, who also acted as our airport transfer driver. Although I did not get his name, he was very responsible and ensured we arrived at the airport on time.
We also enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading off, which was perfect and satisfying. The hotel location is very convenient, with many coffeeshops nearby.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The food was good and satisfying. 1. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. For its prime location, it offers great value for money.
2. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful with their service.
3. Breakfast was decent, though most of the food was spicy. If you don't eat spicy food, your options will be limited, and there was only one type of vegetable. A special touch was the ice cream served at breakfast, which I'm sure kids would love.
4. The bed felt quite old and wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom, in particular, had many 'traps' on the floor – you could easily slip if not careful.
5. There were no small hand towels in the bathroom. After washing my hands, I had to either use a bath towel or toilet paper, which ended up leaving paper bits all over my hands, forcing me to re-wash them.
6. The hotel didn't even have a basic first-aid kit. I accidentally cut my hand and bled, and when I asked staff for a plaster, they surprisingly told me they didn't have any!
