Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

GGuest UserBooked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new.
Positives:
+ Location - close to town and very convenient
+ It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed.
+ Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly.
+ Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water.
+ Branded appliances.
Negatives:
- Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg.
- Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft.
- While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided.
- Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced.
- While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle.
- Water pressure is not great.
Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

The location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the night market 🛍️ and only RM5 from Ipoh rail stations 🚂. Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway in Ipoh 🏖️. We'll definitely be back!

The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh.

For those bringing children to swim in the pool, please ensure they wear proper swimming attire — even jersey shirts are not allowed. In my opinion, it’s suitable for two families. However, if there are more, the entry and exit rules can be a bit inconvenient for those who are not used to them. Overall, it’s good.

AAbbygelAnother memorable stay was in Ipoh. It was a last-minute booking while we were on the way from Kuala Perlis and needed to stop somewhere before heading back to JB. We had just spent New Year’s in Penang to celebrate the new year and were looking for a hotel where we could check in late. Luckily, we managed to find this place.
The hotel was about two hours away, and what really stood out was how flexible the check-in was. We were allowed to check in anytime before 6 a.m. and check out before 12 p.m., which was perfect for our travel schedule. We eventually checked in around 2 p.m., and the whole process was very smooth and convenient.
The price was very reasonable, and we honestly had no complaints about the room—it was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price we paid. It was a much-needed stay for my husband and me to rest and recharge before continuing our long drive back to JB. Overall, it was a simple but very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserThe stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
