Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

MMussaddiqI had a wonderful stay at Stallionz by Mana-Mana last weekend and came away genuinely impressed. The property has a great balance of comfort and style, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind while still feeling thoughtfully designed.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely put together with modern touches. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day out. I also appreciated the small details—everything felt intentional and guest-focused rather than generic.
Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally.
The location worked well too, offering a nice mix of convenience and a bit of escape from the busier areas. It felt like a good base to relax while still being within easy reach of nearby spots.

The unit was clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment to relax. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a short stay.
The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The building felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, with convenient access to food options, shopping areas, and popular attractions around Ipoh.
Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Ipoh ICC Premium Suites to travellers visiting Ipoh and would happily stay here again in the future.

AAdibah SallehVery satisfied. The room was spacious. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The room had complete amenities. The hotel is close to a supermarket and eateries. It's easy to get around. There's covered parking. The only minor issue was a sewer smell in the toilet when we first entered the room, before we even used it. After a while, the smell faded. Overall, good.

The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

SSueshanWe were a group of 5, including seniors, so I chose this apartment hotel. It has three rooms and two bathrooms, plus a designated parking spot. We contacted them via WhatsApp and received a code to pick up the key card, which is used for both the parking garage and opening the room door. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable, and the security was excellent. It's a shame there wasn't a mahjong table, though!

2 issues
Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself.
The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW!

MMandy Lim llsUnfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped.
The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion.
In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants.
Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay.
Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.

GGuest UserThe stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
