"The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright."

"First of all, the moment I stepped into the hotel, I really loved it because it smelled so nice. I’m quite sensitive to smells when I travel, especially carpets or enclosed spaces, so this was a big plus for me. Secondly, when I went up to my room, I noticed apples placed near the lift area, which felt very welcoming and thoughtful for guests. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel."
