Chain lock not working.
Room door needs to force open and shut.
Key card not able to tap in the lift occasionally.
All furniture needs maintenance.
Missing bath mat or towel after daily room keeping and risk charging extra by hotel.

Good hotel location. Room was clean and price is reasonable. Toilet is nicely designed with rain shower. However, air con is not cooling (suspected that the management did not do servicing for long time).
