Bully the Chinese. The first floor was arranged. It took a long time to communicate before changing the floor. It was old and no one needed to swipe the card. Anyone can go upstairs. Old doors Old everything

We book this hotel last minute as the earlier hotel cancelled our booking last minute.
My booking apparently the last room and when we checked into the room it was a smoking room and we made a complaint and immediately we were given a larger room at a none smoking floor.
The new room is clean and comfortable.
I like the water dispenser at the lobby as it is very convenient and useful.
