Few points that I am disappointed during my stays, The moment I enter the hotel, there’s no greetings at the front desk. The room I stayed is dusty. The clot in my bathroom which made the water couldn’t outflow and was told by the house keeper, it is like that.

I stayed at this facility between 10-12 May 2024 in Room 901. The room was set up well with all amenities one could ask for. The 2 negatives I had were firstly the shower door was a bit lopsided which caused it to get jammed when closed to have a shower. And there being no handle to pull on it, was really difficult to open it. Secondly the smell along the corridor was that of stale carpet, like it had been soaked with water and not dried properly, musty smelling. This caused the smell to drift into the room which made the room smell the same though not as bad as the corridor.
Otherwise, the staff were nice and receptive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had a reunion and my family members from around the world had taken rooms here.

The hotel environment is very pleasant and spacious, offering good views. It's also conveniently located for reaching other places. The availability of amenities like a washing machine and dryer made it easy for us to keep clean during our trip. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent. It would have been even better if there were USB or Type-C chargers available. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Thank you!

Booked the superior room, but realised it was too small for my liking. Reception allowed me to upgrade to deluxe plus for a fee.
However, the air con wasn't working in the deluxe room and was told that maintenance is working on it since 6.00pm. The air con issue still wasn't resolved. Finally called and complained again at 11.30pm and was offered to change room to another floor. Aircon there was better but still not cooling enough.
Overall, not a very pleasant stay/experience.
