Попали в момент ремонта улицы, где расположен отель. Ну это временное явление. Второй момент, в это время было отключение горячей воды в районе. Отель работал от нагревателя и даже при полупустом отеле горячей воды явно не хватает. Третий момент. Отель расположен в бизнес центре на паре этажей и завтрак проходит в стороннем ресторане на первом этаже. Так вот..при предзаказе завтрака у администратора, ресторан с утра был не готов от слова совсем. Это конечно тянет оценку отеля вниз. Четвёртый момент - отсутствие в номере фена. Его конечно дают при просьбе, но...странно, по идее фен должен быть в номере постоянно. По самому номеру и качеству уборки и обслуживания нареканий нет.

Отличный отель для отдыха с прекрасным расположением. Приветливый персонал, прекрасный сервис, большой и чистый номер. Выбор на завтрак не большой, но завтраки вкусные. А какие вкусные круассаны! 😋Понравилось все. Благодарю персонал за наш отдых в этом городе.
