"Absolutely loved the hotel and the service, right from the reception to the breakfast delivery in the room. The rooms are cozy, and the designers did a great job combining classic elegance with a literary-historical retro style inspired by the era of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. The floor-to-ceiling mirrors were particularly impressive. The corridors also had an interesting design. The overall atmosphere is intelligent, warm, a little antique, but without being overly pompous. The entire hotel is imbued with the spirit of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin; his poems are read in the elevator, there's a book of his poetry in the rooms, and even handmade chocolates with his image. A special thanks for the superb breakfasts! ❤️"

"Lots of Chinese tour groups staying here. The breakfast isn't good, and the rooms are small and outdated. I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours, but they insisted on charging half a day's rate, which was 3100 rubles. The rooms overlooking the square have a decent view, but it's incredibly noisy at night, so I wouldn't recommend choosing a street-facing room."

"We stayed twice (October 6, 2025 and October 17, 2025). The location is excellent—close to the airport and no road noise. Wonderful, helpful staff—from reception to room service from the restaurant. The breakfasts are wonderful, in a cozy restaurant. The food at the Okhotnikov restaurant is a whole other story! Huge portions, delicious food...and, for especially picky little guests, they even prepare porridge, mashed potatoes, and salad. 🙏 I'm very grateful to the staff! Any request I make by calling reception is fulfilled immediately, without long waits—both from the maid and from the restaurant. Thank you for your work! I won't look for other options anymore; we will only stay at Zvezda. 🫶🏻"

"Good afternoon! We stayed at the hotel at the end of February 2025. The impressions were very positive: 1. Flexible check-in/check-out system, very pleasant service at the reception 2. Spacious and clean rooms, everything you need inside (bathroom, etc.) 3. Excellent restaurant: beautiful presentation of dishes, the dishes themselves are original and delicious, amazing breakfasts, including delicious fish, caviar, fruits. Relatively expensive for Irkutsk, but this hotel is 100% worth the money."
