國內快捷酒店的標準，設施和衞生還不錯，位置也好，門口就有公交站，沿路走10分鐘左右就到大超市和sber銀行，再走一小段就是超大的農貿市場。離Irkutsk bus station 也不遠。問題就是一樣沒有電梯，拉行李稍微不太方便。

位置離汽車站很近，上奧利洪島前住宿這裏比較方便，前台能説流利的英語，這點也很重要。基本就是國內168快捷酒店的水平，不能要求太多。

出來賓館外邊環境不太好，其他都挺好，門口有小吃，在一個院子裏，停車方便，賓館內衞生好，服務也不錯，很好的賓館，性價比高
