地理位置很好，在廣場旁邊，距離安哥拉河很近。周圍景點多。樓下有超市，還有北京烤鴨館，不過烤鴨館對於北京人來説味道不正宗

"Нормальный" отель. Не очень свежий, но чистый. Завтрак вполне разнообразный, есть из чего выбрать. Номер "Бизнес" совсем не бизнес 🙂 с односпальной кроватью в углу. Но для пары дней в командировке подойдёт.

We were here just for one night after finishing our Trans-Siberian rail trip. It's a Soviet designed hotel which we love - this means clean, simple and functional architecture with wide, spacious and light interior. We got a room overlooking the lovely square and the city, the rooms have an internal door making a small lobby or porch which ALL hotels should have, it makes the room so much more cosy and quiet. Sorry we were only here for one night in beautiful Irkutsk. Oh Breakfast starts at 3 am! which means it's perfect for travellers. Friendly check in, security and plenty of amenities inside the hotel [at least two restaurants, bar]. Wish we had longer here.

Захотелось уехать домой. Прилетела на неделю в Иркутск ибо здесь родилась , но ни разу не была. Маленькая улетела с родителями! Гуляла по городу, увидела отель Ангара и решила, что обязательно должна здесь пожить! Ох! Администратор не выдавила из себя улыбку! Если б на моей работе в суде!, так разговаривали с гражданами как Администратор отеля, переувольняли б! А администратор это лицо отеля! Я была предельно дружелюбна! Купила бюджетный одноместный, поднялась в него и он маленький ! Спустилась, говорю нет уж, совсем маленький, доплачу за номер побольше. 5 раз она сказала, что у нас три звёзды, у нас три звёзды, все номера маленькие. Уговорила её дать номер чуть подороже, доплатила. Она конечно же дала самый дальний на 6 этаже)! Я не удивилась. Хорошо не выгнала ) Спросила где можно курить? Ответ : на улице! Там шёл дождь, но правила есть правила! А оказалось, что у них есть внутри отеля отдельная курительная комната. И вообще, обычно администратор и расскажет где у них что и покажет ….а здесь ни че го! Сказала только где завтрак! Может в Сибири суровый темперамент и улыбка в отелях только от 4 звёзд…но это неожиданно. Прям реально захотелось вообще улететь из Иркутска. И утром у другого администратора уточнила где завтрак, ибо не поняла что надо в паб идти. А администратор спрашивает с какого я этажа? Я сказала что с 6го. и уточнила а с 5го этажа гости в другом месте завтракают? И вот тут была улыбка ) выглядела я нормально. Как турист. Спортивный костюм и рюкзак. Не знаю почему так отнеслись. Коллегам и друзьям не посоветую этот отель! Очень хотелось написать в книгу жалоб отеля. Но побоялась администраторов )
