GGuest UserThe stay was excellent! The hotel facilities are very modern, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered. The toiletries were high-quality, the bathroom was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water, making it very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also worth trying; the local specialties are delicious, and the service is attentive. The staff, in particular, were warm and professional, making me feel very welcome. In short, highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again.

Here everything is done with design, in modern style 👍 everything is thought to small things. Near the airport. Service at the height, settled earlier, operation 👍 flights all night very tired were, the girl explained everything to us, showed, advised the cafe next to us so that we could with comfort all examine 👍Thank you big 🙌 was quiet. The TV didn't work, but we didn't need it, the main thing in the way of rest 👍

ВВалентина П.We stayed twice (October 6, 2025 and October 17, 2025). The location is excellent—close to the airport and no road noise. Wonderful, helpful staff—from reception to room service from the restaurant. The breakfasts are wonderful, in a cozy restaurant. The food at the Okhotnikov restaurant is a whole other story! Huge portions, delicious food...and, for especially picky little guests, they even prepare porridge, mashed potatoes, and salad. 🙏 I'm very grateful to the staff! Any request I make by calling reception is fulfilled immediately, without long waits—both from the maid and from the restaurant. Thank you for your work! I won't look for other options anymore; we will only stay at Zvezda. 🫶🏻

GGuest UserThe room was relatively clean, but small. It was easy to find by taxi, and there's a delicious Russian restaurant next door (Figure 2). It's close to attractions and the city center, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's best to ask for a ground-floor room when checking in, as there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic.
The hotel can provide proof of residency.

331loumaomaoThere is a Chinese painting in the room. It is estimated that the main reception is for Chinese people. The check-in experience is very good. The walking distance around the hotel is Karl Marx Street. It is very convenient to eat and travel. The front desk lady is very good to help us take a taxi.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay. We rented a spacious apartment, and it was comfortable for us and our small child. The staff was very pleasant, thank you for a comfortable stay. The only issue is that the tram tracks are nearby, so the sound is quite loud. This didn't bother us, but it might bother some who prefer super quiet surroundings.

1. Knowing we had an early morning flight the next day, they packed us lunch boxes.
2. Residence registration was very smooth.
3. They enthusiastically helped us arrange a ride to the airport, which cost just over 500 rubles.
4. Although the front desk's English was limited, they proactively tried to communicate.
Other amenities were also good:
1. The breakfast buffet offered eight hot dishes, other cold dishes, fruit, and drinks.
2. The restaurant isn't large, but the breakfast buffet is open until 11:00 AM, which is very convenient.
3. The decor and amenities are a bit dated, but the room has a sun-lit corner where you can enjoy tea while basking in the sun.
4. It's within walking distance of both Lenin Street and Karl-Marx Street.

KKonstantinComfortable location. Universe - eviction takes a few seconds. That rare case when you didn't want to leave the room. Individual thanks for the mattress. Additional lighting at the head, lamps work in the stroboscope mode, in 714, 715 rooms. Only this moment twitched a heart. If anything needs to be added, only the watt sticks.
