#負評#對鄰近餐廳，性價比失望；我这次来美国住了十几家酒店，这家酒店大概是我目前住过的最烂的一家。首先办理入住的时候我的护照里面夹了一张名片，那个印度女前台直接拿出来扔掉、被我及时制止了，然后跟她身边的同事带嘲笑的口吻在那用我听不懂的语言交流。床上的被子总有一股霉味，睡的非常不踏实。早餐就更扯了，明明有食堂大厅，前台却只给3块袋装的饼干，对，你没有看错。 另外吹风机是坏的，酒店前台板了个脸这些我就不说了。总之，大家一定要避雷，性价比太低了，花钱买气受。

部屋の設備が故障してても何度電話しても1時間も来ず、結局故障と確認して部屋変わることに。更に変更する部屋の鍵は取りに来い、忙しいんだ、と。
もう2度と泊まりません。

I really didn't know, so I went because I stayed for 4 days and didn't clean the towels I had to bring back to the front desk I didn't print them. Lining again and again in black
Never make a reservation. I'd rather go somewhere else.

Front office staff was really helpful and friendly! The rooms were vey clean and had all the basic necessities.

The hotel staff is NOT the friendliest and don’t honor guest request. Our reservation was made in advance and the first floor was requested. Our request was NOT honored and when asked about it we were told you can take it or leave it. Later we found out they had several available rooms on the first floor just choose not to honor our request. Also the water came out the shower brown when brought the attention of the front desk they apologized but did nothing. Think Twice before going here
